Food was amazing but the customer service was even better. My whole family including 2 young kids loved everything we ordered. Our waitress was extremely accommodating and just new everything we needed for the kids and was on top of it. My family and I will definitely be going back!
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly!

I'm trying to write a review about how much I loved the Pho that I picked up...loved everything from the friendliness of the young lady who greeted me at the restaurant, the clever packaging that kept the broth hot + splashproof, the FLAVOURFUL broth, the FRESH vegs, the PERFECT noodles, the TENDER steak, but I keep getting cut off....THERE - DONE! LOL
Update, Oct 2024:
Since the first review, I've dined-in at the restaurant, and it was consistently good. But, I've also ordered take-out a couple times again, and been unhappy. Once, the meat was cold + once it was slightly frozen. Even though the broth was very hot, I had to microwave it, which toughened the meat. And I was disappointed in the broth. There was no depth of flavor, a little sweet + a little salty.
Menu is a bit pricey. Quality and quantity is good.

Asked for a refund on my order after a worker came out of the bathroom stall and didn’t wash her hands. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a lemongrass sandwich and a five colour vermicelli .
The sandwich was sparse on everything. Not much meat, or veggies. Lots of coriander lacking flavor.
This was the worst 5 colour I have ever tasted. The tiny little spring rolls that must have been store bought. Lacking flavor and substance. For nearly 20 bucks there was mostly rice noodles and not much meat.
Spring roll kitchen will be my go to from now on.
I tipped them and asked for hoisin and sarracha there was none in the bag.
Nice bathrooms though....

I go here often for date night or with family. Lisa is amazing and so good at remembering our orders! Great service and food.
I literally could never say enough great things about this place. Amazing steak & chicken pho noodle soups (current best in the city, in my opinion). Service is fast and friendly, prices are phenomenal for the quality and serving sizes, and their rice plates are PERFECT - like c'mon now a mini soup with a careful balanced meal? yes please!
