Our experience here was awful from beginning to end. We were sat pretty quickly as it wasn’t packed. Our server took our order, we got 1 bowl of soup to split (we were told they’d bring us 2 bowls so we can “split it ourself”) which was fine. As I mentioned before it wasn’t packed but for some reason it took our server 15 minutes just to bring us luke warm water. And a little while longer for us to get any of our food even our spring rolls. When the food came out he has forgotten our bowls, and both our beverages, then didn’t come back 1 time to check on us. When we finally got the chance to start eating, our soup smelt vile so we just didn’t touch it and instead ate our seperate entrees. My rice was stale and the whole plate was cold meat included. Our server finally came up to us to take some stuff from the table and asked if everything was good, we mentioned the soup we ordered was inedible and really kindly and reluctantly asked for it to be taken off our bill.. our server then proceeded to sharply tell us “if you’ve never had it you shouldn’t have ordered it! Right?” (We’ve had this dish multiple times at other locations) My friend and I just looked at eachother in disbelief as he continued to tell us they already made it and “can’t serve it” my friend and I just shyly said “okay”, I normally never complain about food or even leave even leave bad reviews but the way our server talked to us after that awful service was crazy when we were giving him so much grace. It came time to pay and I mentioned the disrespect we just encountered and said the least he could do was take off that soup after we let so much else go. He excused his behaviour by saying he was “very busy”.. there were less than 10 people in there myself included, I’m a service worker myself and would never talk to a customer that way, not to mention the gross food. 0/10.

Ordered 2 steak phos for take out, requested extra limes.. when we got home we discovered that the noodles were the size of lipton chicken noodle soup in clumps and we received two lemons.. we called and asked to speaker to the manager. At that time the manager was not available and was advised to bring the receipt and we would be compensated.. We advised that we would not be not be returning until the following day. Shortly after we received a call stating that we needed to return the soup. Once we returned the soup the staff argued told us that this is what pho looks like...haha.. and refunded one soup...terrible customer service and also ... was told that they only have lemons not limes.... definitely won't be back!

By far the best pho in Edmonton. I am a picky Pho lover and tried most places in Edmonton for more like 10 years.Just don’t understand low star reviews but glad I tried. This is my second visit to make sure. The soup is not too deep not too sweet not too salty. Perfect balance.Every ingredients are so fresh. No bad smell from meat at all. Veggies fresh. Everything is so fresh. And clean.People are so kind too.

One member of wait staff didn't seem to speak enough English to do all of their job. Food was ok but not the most flavourful I've I've had.

Ordered pickup, #54. Meatball Pho, 0 meatballs in my soup. Price $13 for a large on their menu, charged $14.95. I know now why rated so low, better luck next time.

Great customer service, good portions and favours. Not sure why this place isn’t started higher. Tried other Pho places in this area and found this one to be 100% better. Stylish atmosphere and comfortable seating. Definitely one of my favourite places to go for a healthier meal.

Kid-friendliness: Brought my family of 5. Service was amazing and very accommodating for the younger kids.

It would be advisable to prioritize teaching the server about respectful behavior.

Good Pho. If you've had pho you get what you expect. If you haven't had pho ... Go have Pho! ?Again: good food, reasonable service, reasonable price. I will come back here again.
