I've been wanting to come here for a while and finally did. The service was very friendly
The atmosphere is very authentic, and the food was outstanding. The owners went out of their way to ensure that it was a pleasant experience. However, they did this with the other two tables as well. I will definitely be back for more bun bo hue.

Always a reliable place for pho, let them know that noodles were too over cooked and server replaced my meal even though I insisted it was okay. Good service and friendly faces each time we come

We love Phobulous :)
The staff are super friendly and welcoming! We came in a little close to closing so we expected to take our food out as they’d probably be shutting down shop, but they invited us to eat in and sit down as soon as we got inside. My boyfriend and I both had vermicelli bowls which were super flavourful which I think is hard to find when it comes to vermicelli! Prices were reasonable (coming from university students), well proportioned, and the mango lemonade was definitely a favourite. We will be back!

I had the most wonderful dining experience at Phobulous recently. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at home. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The pho was like a comforting hug in a bowl, with its rich, aromatic broth and tender slices of beef. The fresh spring rolls were bursting with flavor and freshness. What really touched me was the care and passion that went into every dish. It felt like a home-cooked meal made with love. If you’re looking for a place that offers not just amazing food but also a genuine, heartfelt experience, Phobulous is the place to go. I can’t wait to return

I recently dined at Phobulous and was absolutely blown away by the experience! The pho was incredibly flavorful, with a rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The fresh spring rolls were a delightful start to the meal, and the banh mi was packed with delicious, fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Edmonton!

Pho with 2 types of meat was okay. Bit too salty to my taste. Amount of beef was next to nothing.

I've tried the seafood fried noodles dish
and although it was delicious
it was leaning on the cold side
but definitely good flavor
also the Spring rolls were perfect ( crispy shell soft stuffing) and i also ordered an avocado smoothie and it was fantastic
my overall experience was pleasant

I can never say enough good things about this place!! By far the best pho in Edmonton. The broth, noodles and meat are delicious!! (But especially the broth ?) The onion cakes and spring rolls are also to die for. The staff and owner are so kind and accommodating. Their website is also the best place to get delivery from, super easy to use and cheaper than the apps!! I love phobulous and I will continue to be a return customer and share the restaurant with friends!!

We always do takeout from here because it’s so close to home, but even when I’m not close to home I will order it. It’s the best and the service is always so kind.
My favorite things to order are the vermicelli bowls and the papaya salad!

RUINED BY GREED.
Unfortunately this once beautifully, meticulously maintained culinary treat has been ruined by greedy tip gouging owners.
My wife and I have frequented Phobulous for years, however in the last few visits, we experienced changes to our usual dining experience that were dismissed by the nostalgia of returning to one of our favorite spots.
This evening was a complete departure from the comfort we've come to know. The cook spent our meal berating the only waitress working, the owner consistently pestered the young woman, asking if her patrons paid in exact cash, she was expected to coordinate both Skip the Dishes/Uber Eats pick-ups while serving, and almost ever last one of our food orders came out questionable.
How that young woman stood there and managed to endure so much abuse in the half an hour that we were present for is a testament not only to her character but her motivations and training.
Oh wait! I know how! Rose! I think we all know, those of us who have visited this spot for years, that Rose is the star player. I'm sure being trained by Rose prepared her for such a chaotic atmosphere.
My green onion cake was wet, not oily. Wet.
My Grilled Chicken Salad Rolls were torn and had appeared to have had been violently rolled by someone who could care less about presentation; too busy yelling at a waitress.
My wife couldn't finish her over salted Pho.
And the Sweet and Sour Pork gave us food poisoning.
One of our favorite food spots, ruined.
And worst of all?? I'm still hungry ?
