PhoEver Banh Mi Subs & Cafe

I stopped into PhoEver Banh Mi for lunch one day. It was a weekday afternoon, and I'm on a banh mi kick right now.
I have to say I personally prefer my Pho or banh mi restaurants to be just a Pho place or just a Banh Mi place. I don't like it when they don't specialize in one or have a varied menu.
PhoEver, though, surprised me with the quality of their Banh Mi. It was Fantastic.
The guy working behind the counter was super friendly and gave great customer service.
The restaurant is very nice on the inside and has lots of seating. I'm not a fan of a couple places I've been lately that don't have any seating or limited amounts.
A banh mi sandwich needs to be eaten right away while the bread is still delicately warm and the veggies still cold. Taking a banh mi home and eating it 10 minutes later is a disservice to the sandwich.
So I appreciate that the restaurant has a fair amount of seating.
The sandwich was delicious, they also had a proper amount of Jalapeños on it, so each bite had kick to it, very delicious with their meat and veggies.
My only issue with this place is the parking lot was jam packed as the other businesses had filled it. It's not something they can help.

Vegetarian options: I don't think you can enjoy a banh mi without meat, but you can enjoy Pho without meat.

Dietary restrictions: Bread and noodles gotta be eaten.

Parking: Parking lot was completely full had to drive around and double back to find a spot.

Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids, banh mi are delicious.

When they first opened I think some of the flavors were a bit off but now that they’ve hit their groove they are delicious. Definitely recommend the beef and onions as a good breakfast for sure. Wish they had more coffee options as I love egg coffee and would love to see it served here. Now that they’ve hit their are in their groove this will definitely become a staple until I’ve tried everything on the menu.

We enjoyed our family time at this restaurant--everything that we ordered were perfectly handcrafted. The banh mi, vermicelli bowls, vietnamese-style coffee, cold drinks and appetizers were all AMAZING! But the best thing about this place is the service--we were welcomed by warm smiles and the kindest staff/owners. We'll be back to try other banh mi variants and vermicelli bowls.

First time here but definitely not the last. My hubby had the vermicelli bowl with his choice of 6 add ons. Everything was wonderfully flavored and he came away a happy camper. I had the shredded chicken and egg banh mi. It was amazing. The bread was warm and crispy, the vegetables were fresh and the flavor was mouthwatering. I love cilantro and jalapenos so was pleasantly surprised that the person who took our order didn't just take for granted that these would be appreciated by everyone and asked if these were OK with me. There are so many other dishes I want to try that I'm sure we'll be going back again and again.

Stumbled across this lovely little place. Glad I stopped in. The banh mi was delicious, made with very fresh ingredients, and the chicken vermicelli bowel was great. A super clean place, nice decor and friendly staff who checked in to see how we were enjoying everything. The banh mi was really good value for money. Highly recommend.

I put in an ubereats order on December 8th from this restaurant, phoever banh mi.
We ordered the green onion pancake and a couple banh mi's.

The green onion pancake was NOT thoroughly cooked inside. Trying to get my money back through ubereats which is proving difficulty so here i am writing a review. Added a picture to my review because the inside of it should not look or taste like RAW dough!!!! I immediately vomited.

The banh mi was good though so I'm only doing 2 stars. Just don't get the green onion pancake because it's not thoroughly cooked or checked.

Not going to be ordering from here again.

Ordered the shrimp salad rolls and beef satay banh mi. Both were very good. Banh mi bread was light and fluffy and had lots of meat and vegetables. Would come back again.
