I ordered the seafood chow mein and it was awful. Tasted of old, off or rotting fish/shrimp.
The pictures I saw had shrimp. The one I received did not have any shrimp.
I had 3 or 4 bites and then I just sat staring at it trying to figure out if I was going to throw up or not.
I called about a refund but was denied one.

This is a great place for Pho. Very reasonably priced, quick and kind service. Delicious.

When they 1st opened the food was flavourful and had normal amounts of vegetables, protein ect, HOWEVER, this is no longer the case.

Every single time I return there is a steady DECLINE in the quality of the food service is nothing if the food is crap.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE, spend your money supporting other local businesses in the area.

Used to be great, but I stopped going when the quality went down hill. I got food poisoning once... months later tried again and the beef tasted so bad I had a couple bites and tossed it. Awful food, not even edible... felt the need to leave a review it was so bad. Seems better in person, but even that has went down hill... delivery is horrible. Better places like Pho Kim are just down the street.

Stopped by PhoXpress for lunch and ordered the grilled chicken with spring rolls to go. The flavor was decent but a little on the bland side without the sauce. Portion size was smaller than I expected compared to most Vietnamese spots, but overall, not bad.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and staff at this location. Very inviting. I ordered the bun Bo hue. Came out fast and hot. It was delicious and fresh. And the price point is on the lower side. I was happy with the meat to noodle ratio and the slices were a good thickness. Well done.

The food cost $2.00 more per plate, compare to what they advertise on Google. Unfortunately the salad was old, the lettuce was yellow. Barely any meat. I ordered #28.
Will not go back.

Had the ginger beef. Rice crunchy and dry. Gingerbeef no flavor. Very hard. Lots of batter. Dont recommend.

Tasty with the exceptions that portions are small. Had the lemongrass shrimp and the picture had 7 and the plate had only 5 no larger than size of a loonie. Service and atmosphere was just right for a low key restaurant

I often buy food at this restaurant, the dishes are delicious, especially Wonton Soup. The staff here are amicable and professional.
Miss #Amanda_Pipella, When you call to order food, when receiving your order, the staff will confirm the dishes you have ordered, you say ok then the staff will make it and before you pick up the food, they will give you the bill for you to check the dishes you have ordered before over the phone.
The problem is that you did not check your order before leaving, then you returned and the dish you needed was ready (as you said above). That's great, why do you want that dish for free? Or did you do it on purpose to get it for free? It's not the restaurant staff's fault because they did not make the wrong dish or the dish had a problem, but you did not check your order. Do you want it for free??? It's confusing, your dignity is only worth $13??
The restaurant was nice enough to give you a 10% discount. That wouldn't happen to me lol:)))))))))))))
