I have been coming here for over 15 years, since it was Flamingos and long before the new server, Nicole, ever worked here. I have brought many people here over the years to show them how good the food; however yesterday my fiancé, and friend and I walked from his work, at another restaurant specifically to Pipers because it is our fav. Because he hadk just gotten off of work, he had a backpack. We sat down and were then immediately told by Nicole we had to leave, we asked why, and without explaining the policy, told us it was because my friend had a backpack. This was told to us rudely, like this server, Nicole, was enjoying having her moment kicking us out over a bag. We have been here hundreds times over the years, myself with a backpack after work and I have never had an issue. She was extremely rude, pointing her finger at us and telling us we had to go. My friend asked if he could put the bag behind the bar or somewhere they could see it, and she rudely shook her head no. I think this is an absolutely ridiculous policy myself, we tried to offer a solution so we didn’t have to leave, but to be essentially kicked out like that when we have been coming here for years and have had an issue has ruined this place for me entirely.
I will not be back and will be making sure the people I know follow suit. There were 3 of us and we’re going to be spending a large amount on pizza and drinks, but went over to bps and had no issues doing that there.

Hey here's what I can tell you the pizza that we had as a group of four was an extra large and it was perfect for four people with a modest appetite. Service was excellent server got a bit overwhelmed due to the hockey game being on and just limited people to help out so she did the best she could. The atmosphere is what it is it's a small pub in a mall. It's a bit dated but there's a lot of TVs so every seat in the house just about has a view of a monitor. The bill was modest as well had a couple of beers a pizza and a couple of specialty drinks and was still under a hundred bucks.

Ordered a large build your own pizza with shrimp and mushrooms and a small greek salad everything was delicious! Literally one of the best pizza places in edmonton worth giving money to.

Went into pipers. Great service and fast. Pizza is delicious and bathrooms are very clean! If you love lvts it is great for that. Good music and great atmosphere.

Stopped in for the first time on a Friday at lunch time. The waitress was great- very polite and on the ball. Food we ordered was good. I can say I ordered the clubhouse and it's exactly the way it should be. Like you made it at home with real and fresh ingredients. Will be back again!
