I had a great experience at Pita Pit! and the staff was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Fast service, fresh ingredients, and a great vibe overall. Highly recommend!

I ordered a XL pita , paid 21 dollars and was given a regular size pita. My sandwich was made in the back for some reason and she asked me my toppings wrote it down and made it in the back out of sight. Cheese was missing on my pita and sauces were added. When I told her the pita was the wrong size she told me I was incorrect. I don’t think the staff present understands the job and is lacking training. Waste of money
In response to ownership - I was there Sunday June 9th at 7:30 to 8:30pm. So you can speak to the staff and fix the issue. Judging by your answer it doesn’t seem to be a big deal to you. I already got robbed for ky money can’t do anything about it now

This was a disappointing meal. We asked for simple ranch to be added and they didn’t even put it on. Very little cheese was put in one the pitas I ordered. Won’t be ordering again.

All I got to say is you got to eat here. Best service I have ever had. Not to mention the staff, there is absolutely ridiculously friendly. It is definitely our family's go-to.

Always greeted when I arrive. Food is always fresh, and I love that I can pick what I want in my pita. I always enjoy watching the employee roll that pita pocket up so perfectly. Try their breakfast pitas, The Chicken Souvalki and Philly Steak. The place is always clean, and I like the way it's designed. The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful.

I drove 15 minutes to get a rice bowl and the rice is hard and crunchy… Quite disappointing when you spend almost 20 dollars on a combo… Plus the time to drive there read reviews so was hoping for a positive experience but was let down:(

Absolutely horrendous customer service, after the third time of the order being wrong I gave up. The food that I eventually did get was disgusting.ah You have to teach your employees how to deal with customers because we are in Canada.

So I got. A pita got nothing on it I actually asked for they decided the dips I asked for i didn’t need the sauce on my pita I asked for I didn’t need the veggies an sauce could be whatever they wanted to put in even tho it was built your own pita an I asked for what I wanted in the pita not toasted as I asked either they wil not give me a refund even tho I can’t eat this! I have never beeen treated so poorly from a restaurant in my life

The portion sizes here are a joke, Pita Pit has become a parody of what it used to be. I spend 13 dollars on a pita that I ate in 4 bites. This is about 1/4 the size of a BarBurrito or sub from Quiznos yet they charge the full price.
They should be embarrassed and ashamed to serve so little. Shame on the greedy managment at this joke of a resturant.
