Ordered a shawarma got a Donair, the guy at the register started arguing with me over what I order, the group I ordered with had 4 mistakes on the orders including something extra being added onto the meal and mixing Italian flat bread and Donair and putting tomatoes on burgers when asked not to. The lady bringing us food would roll her eyes when we told her we about the mistakes with our food and gave us attitude. My food was made rushed and was made with hate, the pita was not closed and was open on the bottom, the sauce was pooled on the side, and the chicken was undercooked.Would highly recommend staying away

The food is always incredible, it's one of my favorite places to eat at. Their stone baked pitas are amazing and definitely worth a try. I've almost tried all of them. I don't know what it is about their rice, but I am obsessed with it. Dinner platters come with SO much food it is well worth the price. I've never had a bad meal here before. On top of the amazing food, the service really puts the cherry on top. The employees are always so welcoming and it creates a very inviting atmosphere.Parking: Ample parking on all sides of the buildingKid-friendliness: Kid friendly with booths that could fit large familiesWheelchair accessibility: This is accessible by wheel chair however I'm not sure if the doors have an automatic button or not.

Ordered a falafel wrap and told them exactly how I wanted it. After paying and receiving it, it was made incorrectly. When I called to tell them, they kept trying to deny that they made it wrong. After 2 minutes of arguing on the phone.. they finally offered to remake it. Upon returning to pita bake, all of the employees are standing behind the counter looking at me as I’m already waiting to receive service. After an awkward moment they finally ask me what I need help with and I told them that I’m here for the falafel wrap that was made incorrectly. The older lady with grey hair who messed up the order, drops the wrap and bag on the counter and none of them even apologize for the inconvenience or say goodbye. For almost 13$ you’re better off going to Kabab House. This will be the last time me or my family will be going to pita bake. The food was not good either.. originally wanted a refund but I guess they don’t do that. Btw I paid for a large but they remade me a small…

We ordered take out and were very impressed and really enjoyed our platters. The pitas were super fresh, the lamb, jerk chicken and chicken kebabs were super tasty loaded with flavor. All the sides were tasty and portions were generous. Would absolutely recommend and will absolutely be back again to try more off the menu.
