The service worker was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. First of all there was hair in my pizza, in the dough and the hair was cut up with the slices. I talked to her over the phone and she talked to me like I was lying, then told us to send them a picture of the pizza. I sent them the picture and they denied any hair. They told us to come to the store and show us in person on the same day. I didn’t have time same day because place is far from my house.so I went on Wednesday and the lady was screaming at me and asking me where the hair was. I was trying to be respectful and talked to her nicely but she kept yelling at me at denying that there was any hair in it. Then I told them to refund the money to me. She wouldn’t do it and was raising her voice saying I’ll give you the money but she was trying to make me wait. Then she gave me only half of the money and said that’s enough money. Then she wouldn’t give me all the money back so I had to pull up my bank info because I didn’t take the receipt. Then hardy return my money back. They didn’t apologize it all. Then their owner call me and said you were rude to my employee. Even owner didn’t took any responsibility for hair and no apologies. This was my first time went to this pizza store. Please beware with kinds of pizza store who have hygiene issues . Do not go if there is 0 star . I would have given 0 .

Although as per their words they used high quality ingredients in a pizza but to be honest the cheese into that was like a rubber, hard to eat.

Very disappointed!! We ordered through door dash and swore we put no peppers or jalapeno as we're all allergic to them and when we got the pizzas they both had peppers and jalapenos on them! Upon calling to ask why it was mentioned that we did not put the correction on our order which ok but least they could have done since the pizza and money was now a waste was offer to replace them for us seeing as we couldn't eat the pizzas anyways! Customer service and all that in my opinion
