I'm giving one star cause it is the minimum. Last time I ordered from this location we got a do air pizza with no Donald meat on it, as well a BBQ chicken pizza made with pizza sauce and not the usual sauce used for BBQ chicken pizza, needless to say it was awful. We made a complaint and customer service gave us a $40 credit to our account. We called today and we were told we could not order over the phone and that we had to go to this location because we owed them money? Our order they screwed up we paid for! And it was wrong. So rather than being able to get the credit we were given, we were denied service and told we owe?! I order pizza 73 all the time as do many of my friends. I will be making a point of making my friends order elsewhere ad am I. Terrible pizza at times and even worse customer service. I'm so disappointed.

Do not order 60 pieces of wings from this place. The size of the wings was worst then pub style wings. Charging a premium price for their standard of wings, offering below dive bar quality wings. Save ur money. Will never order from here again

This location does not follow instructions. They were specifically told to call upon arrival. Instead they decided to come ring the door bell and bang on the door multiple times and the time was past mid night with other people sleeping in the house.

First time ordering from this location and haven't ordered from the franchise in a long time. The food here meets standard expectations but is pretty much a variant of all the low cost pizza providers. I ordered the Grand Slam and it now comes with diced veggies instead of chunky cut. The new version is lacking the freshness of the original. I also noticed you no longer get to choose the sauce or the crust and while it was fine it tasted like the quality has gone down. Sign of the times I suppose but otherwise a run of the mill pizza experience.

I ordered pure vegetarian pizza today and Mrs Manju sehdev made my pizza as always .It was so so so delicious. ?? I want to give 10 out of 10 number . Manju aunty is very nice. she speaks very politely and she is very friendly. I always request her to make my pizza. And she always makes bestest pizza I didnt eat this kind of pizza anywhere before . I didn’t have enough words to describe about Manju aunt’s nature even about the pizza she always makes so so yummy. The quality of pizza is excellent and the toppings and the taste is outstanding. I always recommend you all of you who are reading my comment this pizza 73 and also Manju aunty who is working here. my experice with pizza 73 and specially with manju aunty always very great and i know it will be same in future.?% recommended.
