Delivered my order to the wrong building but correct unit number. Refused to do anything about it over the phone said it was delivered to the correct address. Had to go to the store pull up Google maps and get the driver to point to the building he delivered it to.......... he pointed to the wrong building. The manager then remade my.order but I was charged the delivery fee even though I had to go to the store and pick it up myself.

I left Edmonton 25 years ago. Back then I remembered that the pizza and cardboard box it came in dint taste much different. It had very little sauce and card board box taste . Well I had pizza 73 this week. I was skeptic , as I remembered how poor pizza tasted 25 years earlier. Believe it or not , it has not changed . It looked pretty, but had NO SAUCE . Will not try ever ever again. It’s not even worth re heating the leftovers the next day. Dried right out !

We ordered a pizza at 5:42pm and it didn’t come til 7:30….. when we refused to pay, we got attitude from the driver. Sorry but I refuse to pay for pizza when it was over a hour and half late.
