I’m genuinely stunned by the complete lack of quality in my recent order. The pizza was soggy, undercooked, and completely flavourless — it honestly tasted like no one cared at any stage of making it. The chicken wings were just as bad; you couldn’t even be bothered to properly toss them in BBQ sauce. It’s pure laziness, and it shows.
What makes this worse is that Pizza 73 is sitting at 3.3 stars, and now I fully understand why. What’s truly unbelievable is that nothing seems to be changing. A rating that low should be a wake-up call, not business as usual.
This was one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had. It’s clear that quality control and pride in the product are nonexistent. I won’t be ordering from Pizza 73 again, and I’ll be making sure others know exactly why.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My first order was missing a topping, so I received a credit to try again the following day. However, when I reordered, the pizza I received was burnt. When I raised this issue, I was told that “only a few slices” were burnt and that it was acceptable. When I requested a replacement, instead of addressing the issue properly, the staff attempted to resell the same pizza to another customer for an additional charge.
This reflects very poorly on the franchise, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I will not be returning to this store, and I hope management takes steps to improve service standards moving forward.

Bought a xxl pizza last sunday for my daughters bday and ask to cut in a square 1 so its easy for the kids . The counter is hard to communicate cant speak english properly . Then telling me the receipt not working pay 21 dollar in cash and got no receipt . Finding out its only 19 dollars dont know if the price go up or something .
When i pick up the pizza it is sliced by triangle and i ask why it is not sliced the way we talked about and she dont want to answer me , i did not go anywhere until i get the answer and the asnwer is so satisfying . She dont have time to make it cause its get busy .
Worst service ever . Disappointing people i talked to her nice and properly then i will just get this kind of service .

Was supposed to be a good deal three pizzas for $50. They were severely undercooked 2 more than the other supposed to be ground beef ended up being a hamburger patty, mostly made up from pork cutting into pieces as ground beef when I asked for ground beef chunks of beef are not ground beef and all I got was excuses, even though it was undercooked and no offer to replace it so I spent $50 to end up not eating dinner that night and coming home and having to make a sandwich worst place ever they don’t even make sure their food is cooked never order from this place I realize people mess up sometimes most businesses however, offer rectify it or replace this establishment didn’t either other than offered excuses. Don’t waste your money here much easier to just give someone $50 just because!!!!!

I did takeout today. The guy who took the order was very nice and helpful, his way of talk is very polite as well. Nice customer service and nice food. Overall it was an amazing experience for me.
I did phone order around 7pm on 15 June when arrived at store order was not ready and then I reminded guy prepared the order but he was not attentive at all infact talking over phone using earphones. I ordered Pizza and Poutine. He put all can cold drinks and poutine in a paper bag and when I came out it was obvious all the stuff fell down due to heavy stuff in one bag so I put my Poutine and broken can in the garbage. Pathetic service at this location. Staff needs to be changed.

Ordered well done, the pizza was literally barely cooked. Had him cook it more, still not even close to well done. I didn’t wanna complain again, ate one slice and threw the rest away. Should have got a refund.

The girl who appears to be Middle Eastern or Moroccan, the one with curly hair, is pleasant every time I visit here; she is very friendly and makes my pizzas good asf. I’ve noticed her informing the guy that there are customers when he tends to avoid eye contact and seems too hide or avoid being seen while waiting in line. The other two staff members are also nice, as is the delivery service.However, the service is slow and quite limited. The guy seems to be antisocial and acts as if he’s compelled to be there. I’ve overheard conversations that seem to be about people in Arabic. Additionally, the guy appears to be selective about how quickly he takes orders, particularly with younger women. This is a place I’ve frequented over the years. The pizza is decent, with a good amount of toppings but not enough cheese. Boss is nice
