Terrible Experience – Misleading Deal and Rude Service! Visited Pizza 73 today and felt completely ripped off. I asked for the $29.99 deal for any two medium pizzas and confirmed with the front staff twice if my selection qualified. She said yes. But when it came time to pay, the total jumped to $36. When I questioned it, she blamed it on GST — which made no sense. After checking the receipt, I went back, and she suddenly changed her story, saying it was because I ordered chicken pizzas. Nowhere in the deal does it say chicken is excluded. Totally misleading and unprofessional. Won’t be coming back.

Arguably one of the better pizza 73s in Edmonton. There was an issue with the quality of food in one delivery order and after talking to customer service on the phone, the same issues never occurred again.

I'd like to start off by saying if you buy pizza from this place, please check it before you go home. I've ordered Pizza 73 millions of times. This is the first location I've ever had an issue with. Went home with my pizza, opened it, and to my surprise, i saw a huge dust ball. Went back to the store, waited for 15 min while the people called their manager and we eventually got a refund. Just want to mention the lack of hygiene in this location. Dust everywhere, pizza sauce on floor. Just truly disappointed with this location. Wont be coming back here. Cant trust the food you serve.

Bought their newest donair thru online, but then picked it up, not done yet. Still preparing, I have to wait for half an hour and find out back home that it 😫 was mostly topped by veggies a few meats.

I ordered 2 veggie pizzas and i did pick-up. I asked for one mild and one spicy pizza, also instead of tomato asked for pineapple. Cashier said no need to pay extra. We will add pine-apple instead of tomato. When reached at home found no pine-apple and both pizzaz were spicy. Please i was ready to pay extra for pine-apple. Don’t do that again, really didn’t like the pizza😔
