Very unprofessional experience at Pizza 73. I ordered two small pizzas through Uber Eats, specifically asking for no tomato sauce on one due to my son’s allergy. They completely ignored this and used tomato sauce anyway.
I tried calling the store—no answer. The call center sent me to Uber, and Uber refunded me only $1.
This isn’t about the money—it’s about basic care and responsibility. My autistic son was left crying because he couldn’t eat the pizza.
You’re in the business of making food—do it right. It’s disgraceful that there’s no accountability or way to contact anyone properly. This was a serious issue, and you treated it like nothing. Shameful.
