I had a fantastic time at this restaurant today. The front-of-house staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was quick and everything arrived exactly as I ordered. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience. I’ll definitely be back!

81street and 82 ave location. Incredibly rude staff. They act like customers are a huge inconvenience. I’ve been here twice and they screwed up my order both times. It’s close to home but I’ll make the drive to go to another location

After 7 min waiting before to take my order she ask me to wait 20 min so i comback after 35 min and i have to wait fir 8 min util sombody came to talk to you after tgat she said that i have to wait another 5 min until now it already 20 min past and i am still waiting the worst service ever with the a bad attitude not recommending that store for nobody.

Undoubtedly the most thoughtful and respectful Pizza 73 that I have experienced. They care and try their very best to follow your instructions to give you the best pizza possible. Once in many many visits was there a mistake, and they instantly corrected it. I feel the love and care for what they do here and I will always come back to this restaurant. An absolute diamond in the rough compared to the other Pizza 73s.
We ordered online. Both pizzas BURNT and was still sent out. Very little toppings, all burnt anyways even the “fresh” tomatoes. With 1000 different places to get pizza you’d think they’d want our business but no who ever prepared our pizza tonight doesn’t care what so ever. Don’t waste your money ordering from here even if the other 1000 restaurants are closed go get a burger!
