After 7 min waiting before to take my order she ask me to wait 20 min so i comback after 35 min and i have to wait fir 8 min util sombody came to talk to you after tgat she said that i have to wait another 5 min until now it already 20 min past and i am still waiting the worst service ever with the a bad attitude not recommending that store for nobody.

Undoubtedly the most thoughtful and respectful Pizza 73 that I have experienced. They care and try their very best to follow your instructions to give you the best pizza possible. Once in many many visits was there a mistake, and they instantly corrected it. I feel the love and care for what they do here and I will always come back to this restaurant. An absolute diamond in the rough compared to the other Pizza 73s.

We ordered online. Both pizzas BURNT and was still sent out. Very little toppings, all burnt anyways even the “fresh” tomatoes. With 1000 different places to get pizza you’d think they’d want our business but no who ever prepared our pizza tonight doesn’t care what so ever. Don’t waste your money ordering from here even if the other 1000 restaurants are closed go get a burger!

8106-82 Ave. This pizza place has one of the greatest and softest pizza doughs, the cheese melts into my mouth and is cooked really well their service is amazing as well! Lady at the front has exceptional customer service super kind!

I place online order at 5:23pm tonight at 8106 82 ave location in Edmonton. Receive notification approx 30min later saying order is ready for pickup. Arrive at store. Woman working at the front is preparing another customers order. I wait for her to finish and inquire about my pizza. I am ignored and she disappears to back of the store. I don’t see anyone for 10min. Nobody comes to talk to me about what is happening with my pizza. I wait 5 more minutes and decide to leave. This is almost an hour now since I placed the order. I receive a call at 7:05pm telling me my pizza is ready.
I would have loved to try the Donair pizza but your poor in-store team ruined the experience
Absolute horrible customer service, do not recommend. Hung up on us mid order, then when talking to the supervisor he completely disregarded our complaint. Never dealing with them again.
