I had a really disappointing experience at Pizza 73. I had to wait way too long for my order, and when I finally got it, the food was not good at all. On top of that, the staff was not friendly, and the service was incredibly slow. Definitely not worth the wait. I won’t be ordering from here again.

recently went to the 13578 Fort Rd NW location and to start it off we waited for 18 minutes after they were supposed to be open. The person finally showed up at 11:18am and didn't care they were late. Then we proceeded to order the new XXL pepperoni pizza that is supposed to have 100 pieces on it and was no where close. Maybe half of that, nothing like they made it look in the pictures. Very disappointed with the service since they didn't even apologize for being late and was rude and the pizza was false advertising at it's best.

I ordered a small vegetarian pizza with extra cheese and hot wings. Food was delicious and arrived on time. Driver acted like I was going to rob him when I asked if he had five bucks. I was holding the cash for the food in my hands standing outside my house. I just wanted to tip him. After I calmed him down he was cool. I would give a five star rating but with tip the food almost cost me $40 dollars. I could get a delicious steak with sides for less than that. Plus the fries they gave me were tasteless. No salt on them or anything. I had to dip them into my ranch dipping sauce. Plus what happened to the bag of celery and carrots? Talk about being cheap. I know pizza 73 makes tons of money so why be cheap. For the price I paid for a small pizza with wings and tasteless curly fries it will be a long time before I order again. Just saying

Pizza quality was average compared to other big brands like PIZZA PIZZA?. The biggest turnoff was when I asked the agent on the phone for a “Margarita Pizza”, her response was “how do you spell that?” A pizza business with no knowledge of pizza, is NOT a pizza business.
