I had called in an order for 12:15 pm delivery. They called me back to change the time as the store was busy. I agreed to the 35-45 min extension. I waited until 1:20 pm to see where my order was. It took them 15 minutes to figure it out. The call center agent never called the store back to confirm. I had 45 people wait until almost 3 pm for lunch. The customer service is awful and I will take my business elsewhere . I spend $250 or more when I Oder for work. This is totally unacceptable

Fast service. Doesn’t seem overly greasy. Nice flavor to BBQ sauce. Good deals available. Very friendly worker. Would like to see toppings go closer to the edge, and a whole wheat crust option. It seems that for sesame seed crust, they just sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the pizza.

Came here this morning cuz I was in the area my data ran out on my phone so I didn’t have any minutes to call And I was trying to get a cab home and I’m currently 7 months pregnant the man working at 11 am gave me a disgusted look after I said his wifi wasn’t working and I asked if he could call me a taxi and he said “you can’t call with the phone in your hand” obviously not or I would have called it myself. And then he goes well do you know the number I just left and walked 10 minutes to a different place who was more then happy to call me a cab this is horrible service as I work at a&w and we call taxis for people all the time without hesitation his actions his face and his tone was so rude I will never step foot in this business again that’s how they treat human beings let alone a pregnant woman is just gross.

My school ordered pizza 73 for a hot lunch day. Everyone lined up waiting for food to find out that the driver was an half hour late. He then only brought food for grade 7s and 8s. Saying he had to run back to the resteraunt to get our grade 9 food. We waited over an hour missing class time waiting. Not to mention the fact that this resteraunt is between 5 and 10 minutes away from our school. Once they finally returned with almost everyone's food missing items or all entirely. Everyone was supposed to get 2 slices but instead they got one cold slice. Those who got 2 all got it with the wrong toppings. One person's slice was burnt, one looked like someone had already eaten out of the box. Some were missing cheese. After missing a bunch of class we returned majority of its starving. Our school then went out and bought pizza for those missing slices from another establishment.
