I ordered a pizza at 8:00pm and was told it would take 40 minutes. After 50 I called and was told the driver was going to be here in five minutes, it showed up 35 minutes later. It took 85 minutes in total just to bring a cold pizza. Incredibly disappointed in the service.

Last night before pizza 73 was closing I called to place an order over the phone. In the middle of our call the call dropped and I had feared that my order was lost, but to my surprise the man who was taking my order called me right back and picked right up where we left off.
Before finishing off placing the order I had asked the gentleman “ it is getting close to closing time are you sure this will be delievered” he had assured me it would be and there was no problems…
So you could imagine I stayed up pretty late expecting this pizza or atleast a call, only to stay up until 3/330 and receive nothing.. I even tried to call back but of course, you guys were closed.
I’ve been going to pizza 73 for almost 20 years just as a childhood nostalgia, and I think after last night this might be my last time ordering from here again.
The food quality is too good. Rate is genuine. We love the food 👍

I ordered pizza online from pizza 73 app. Asked for contactless delivery and mentioned a note please leave at the door. Because my baby was sleeping. The delivery guy ring the door bell and my baby woke up . The time was 10 pm. Another thing more than half of the pizza was burnt. U can taste the burnt flavour . Very disappointed. Will never order again from this store.
