Good food , should improve on their customer service , place looks neat and clean but it’s a sketchy location . These guys deals with lot of unlucky homeless people , methheads , coming to their store just like every other downtown stores , so you might feel like you are ignored at first ,its normal . No dine in ,just Order prior , pickup and leave . Thank me later 😀

This location is lucky that the food is good, I strongly recommend ordering online only. The women working behind the counter is always rude and twice now has tried to over charge me and then argues me about it. I ordered a 40pc wings, which is $43.99 + tax. I gave her $15 in cash and wanted to put the remainder on debit, at first she tried telling me that the new total was $56, then I spoke up and said, the difference should only be around $30. But again she tried to charge me $46 this time. Again she argued me. So finally I pulled out my calculator and she did it correctly. This is the second time that their customer service was confrontational. I was scared that maybe they would do something to the food after seeing how feisty she was. I will no longer go to this location and I will only do online orders for delivery in the future. I will gladly pay the delivery fee and tip to avoid this type of frustration in the future.

Terrible experience. They got our order wrong. The people we were ordering for were not happy. It ruined our dinner plans. Refused to resend the correct order and refused to give us a refund. They said email customer support. Asked for supervisor, no supervisor in store. First time ordering from Pizza 73 very disappointed and will not be ordering ever again. It’s a shame
