I asked for the pizzas to be cooked well done and they came undercooked... Not to mention whoever cut it, didn't even attempt to cut it, on both pizzas majority of the slices had to be cut with a knife. This was for a pickup order around 5:30pm-5:45pm.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Store is only 3 kms away. Basically 2 turns to get to my apartment. Pizza arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cold and crust was soggy. We were able to rescue pizza in our air fry oven. Will not be ordering delivery from this store again. I regret leaving a 20% tip. Very disappointing for an established pizza store like pizza 73.

Ordered a paneer and butter chicken pizza for pickup but when i got home there was no chicken on the butter chicken pizza.
Took the order back to the store. The guy working there showed me my bill which surprisingly said ‘no chicken’ for the pizza so it’s clearly not employees fault but still he was so helpful and immediately said he will make a new pizza. New pizza was ready in 5/6 minutes and he even gave me free dipping sauces for the inconvenience.

I placed an order for pickup, and the young man at the front tried to sneakily add a tip to my order without my authorization. Totally unacceptable, and when I called him on it, he just said sorry and brushed it off. The small cheese pizza was not cut all the way. Tasted like crap and had to be re-cut when I got home. The service was terrible, the person I dealt with here had zero enthusiasm, was of east indian descent, and had curly hair. Watch out for him, as he may try to steal a tip from you as well. As for your receipt from this place to be safe.

Normally I’m a fan of Pizza 73, but this location really missed the mark. The pizza was extremely doughy (borderline raw) and ripped apart every time I tried to grab a slice. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with this location. Fair to say you can't really expect top quality from a $13 pizza.
