We have been ordering here for some time (delivery) and the pizza is consistently hot, fresh, and delivered quickly. Delivery drivers are always so nice as well. Highly recommend!

On April 30, 2025, around 8:00 PM, I ordered two large vegetarian pizzas from Ellerslie Rd SW location. One was a Pesto Garden Veggie pizza , pesto pizza tasted off—very different from usual. My wife and I have had this pizza many times, but this time we both felt unwell afterward. Never going back again at pizza 73. Complaint pizza73 head office but didn’t get any response.
After giving this location too many chances I can say now this is one of the worst pizza73 locations ever .... The pizza dough is so soggy and the wings are cooked with very bad black oil. The employee made me pay extra with NO detail receipt. I don't recommend going to the store.

My first bad review anywhere , but it needs to be done .
Today i made an online order for pickup . Drove the 3 minutes to the store . Waited in the lot till the estimated pickup time ( 20m after ordering ) walked in . Was told i need to wait another 10 minutes ( no worries it happens ) go do a quick errand nearby . Come back and ended up waiting instore for another 28 minutes on the dot till i left with no pizza (*1hr of waiting in total* )
Worst part is we have had similar issues with this location about 2-4 times in the past .
Call center on the phone did nothing to help or make it right .
Go to a different location if you value your time . Or take a gamble with this location
