First of all store manager, you and your staff should know, or at least realize that if someone is ordering a meal with credit, it's an opportunity to correct a previous mistake.
This review has brought my 3 star review of an errors of yours down to zero. And, not only did I get a full refund for this order, I will never be using your store again to cash in on the refund.
None of the directions were followed, we made those direction with allergies and picky kids in mind of the people that were here. Your store is a block away from me and it took an hour and a half to get here. Because of the length of time the pizza took to arrive, it was ice cold (that was why we got the first credit of 15 dollars) the delivery driver stopped at the back of my building wanting me to come down in the -10 weather.
People order from a place like this for convenience, this isn't a gourmet special meal we ordered. And nothing about this order went well.
The last 2 orders went so poorly. That if my familly ever decides to order pizza 73 after this. I will go out of my way to drive to another location to pick it up myself.

I ordered pizza twice in a month and both pizza was very bad all toppings were separately from pizza and when we wanted to take a slice all toppings felt down and it was not delicious. Too bad I ordered before at 50 St and they were awesome. But unfortunately I moved to this area and I found this store waste money. I had bad experience and never order to this store.
