I have bought the veggie samosas twice from them and both times they tasted very stale as if they were fried in old oil. There was also a stale smell to them. My entire family thought so as well. I decided to give them a third chance but this time I did complain and requested if they can use fresh oil.
The lady answering the phone was extremely rude to me and stated that she wasn’t going to use fresh oil just for a few samosas. I visited in person and addressed this situation with the lady and explained to the owner as well, however, I was utterly disappointed with the response and lack of remorse for such comments.
As a business in the food industry, if you cannot ensure freshness and quality food, then perhaps you need to revisit your standards.

Kababs are the best ,
Best sheek kebab ever!!
Ordered on Oct 2024 - we ordered chicken tandoori but I was given chicken tikka instead. She wouldn't even listen to me when I told her that order was incorrect. The lady was very rude and the food taste was just so bland. It was literally made with just tumeric and salt with no spice. Very disappointed with this level service. Would never buy here again. This place has gone down hill. If I could I would give zero stars.

This hole in a wall place still has the best, moist, tastiest, ground beef skewers around. They now charge extra for the green chutney and service is lack Lustre. But who cares, it's the best ground beef skewers around. Spicy too. They are made fresh on the grill. Just buy them and eat them immediately.

His kebobs used to be the best in town. Now, kebobs are like rubber after one hour, Earlier, kebobs used to be juicy. They don't provide even a single "chutney" with kebobs. Three different sizes are for the chutney. They charge for the chutney. Also, now kebobs have no taste. To expect a good customer service from any DESI owner is insane. So don't need to write much on this issue

Biryani and kebabs ????
A few years ago, they were the best in town. Since they became "Greedy" taste has disappeared. Very rude actually super rude attitude like we are getting free. Greed has forced them to charge for the "Chutney" $1,$2 & $3Ridiculous. In most of the desi places, chutney is always complimentary but I believe in Edmonton these guys are the only one ,charging for the chutney. No matters you have paid 20 dollars or 200 dollars. You have to pay for the chutney. Height of "Kameena pun"
Very very poor customer service. I bought 10 seekh kababs and 6 Biryani. They didn't give me chutney for my kababs. The guy was so rude to me he told me that they sell it separately. I been going there for last 10years. Kababs always comes with chutney. I told them for a chutney you are loosing one customer he said leave and never comeback again. Owner took the side of his son who was on the counter dealing with me. I will not suggest anyone to this place. Owner's had a Very bad attitude and really worst customer service.
