Absolute trash service, called 10 times in the last 15 mins thinking maybe they were just busy… but no one answers the phone, no one accepts the online orders. Disappointed that Pizza City is the neighborhoods pizza joint.

We were disappointed to find out that the restaurant was closed despite Google maps showing it as open and their website taking orders actively. The phone number goes to no where and couldn't cancel the order. It was quite the inconvenience to reorder form another place and get money back from the bank; It left a bad taste in my mouth. It's frustrating to have wasted our time and gas to get there only to find it closed. I hope the restaurant takes steps to update their Google maps listing and website to prevent this from happening in the future. The number of negative reviews piling up and with this experience, we won't be returning to the restaurant.

This place is horrible, food is beyond burnt I don’t even know how you serve these to people. It’s so dry and inedible. Ordered food here and tossed everything in the garbage.

Drove up 10 to 8 on a Friday ordered a $50 meal and was told they’re too busy to serve me. They had 35 mins to call or send me a text that they can’t make my order. This is the first time in all my years of picking up food this has ever happened. Oh well, pizza was terrible anyways.

I normally don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to warn people how terrible this Pizza place is. I ordered a Margarita and a Hawaiian pizza. It was too salty and tasted terrible that neither I, my wife or grandchildren would eat it. I am sure this pizza store will be closed within 6 months as people would never go back.

Poutine is awesome. I have had only poutine from here and I can tell you it is amazing.I had a not great experience once and the chef asked for genuine feedback. The next time, they fixed the issue and the poutine is awesome again.I love the taste and the fact that they want to get better. Will be ordering from here on a regular basis.

Not sure if the ownership changed, but my last order of frid chicken was mostly bloody inside, pretty gross!The portions have become a lot smaller too.Won't be returning anymore.

This place used to be so very good, something must have changed, either they are sold to someone else or the chef is new. Food is now not good anymore, quality of food taste very cheap now, chicken is too plain, pizza is meh, rice is too dry and tasted like cardboard, salad is just sad, garlic paste is so fake, Platters are just horrible. Have ordered and tasted everything from here many times but due to recent experiences now I don’t think I’ll order from here anymore. Too bad as I liked this place.

I’m a regular and I buy chicken burger, but this time it was different and it wasn’t real breaded chicken like it used to. It’s just now like a walmart chicken patty and it’s chunky and taste awful.

Donair was dry, not much sauce. Tasted more like peppers than regular donair meat. Also had jalapeños… which was unexpected. Overall, just ok. Will not order again

We ordered a XL Kebab Pizza from Skip App for pickup but it was not what we were expecting. We have ate Kebab Pizza before but this one barely had any Kebab meat. It also looked like a Large and dough was not what we had before it looked like thin crust.

Ordered from door dash yesterday. This is DISGUSTING. I tried to call and speak to a manager because a bad review of a small business is the last thing I ever want to do.. they never called back. So yah. Disgusting food and terrible customer service. 0/10 would recommend.
