Had a very disappointing experience and this could be staff shortage if so could have not taken the order. I ordered a bulk pizza order for delivery between 1-1:30pm and i recieved the order at 2:15pm. I had guests waiting at home so it was bit more saddening. Now coming to food side, i order donair, and tandoori chicken. Though donair was ok, tandoori chicken was not at all tasting good. Overall disappointed.

Pizza is good sometimes but this time they have given us garlic dip made by themselves instead of packed one . I really want to say it was the horrible dip I ever had . They are charging us for such tasteless things . Really it’s very disappointing

Moved to Edmonton in September, and have had a hard time finding a really good pizza place. Until now! We loved everything about it! Crust was awesome, and the amount of cheese was great!Best one we've tried!

It is worse, poor customer service. My last visit , and I never ever go again. She said 5 or 6 minutes. Took more 20 minutes. Just one pizza and she send back and forth more than 3 time. It is not a food cooking process. At least they need to talk true. Their equipment really bad weird nosing.bad Smeal from kitchen. my day is running.I suggested to Alberta health to visit and safe someone live.

Very bad service. I order pizza. They said sale going on and order 2 pizza when I go to pick up pizza they said sale was expired at 5:00 pm now no more sale eventhough I order pizza at 7:30 pm. They force to pay me a full price . Very bad service.

It was my first visit and must say it will be last one. I ordered veg pizza and they gave me chicken one. I went back to the store to return it and they were refusing to do that. They made me to pay extra $12. So it was my worst experience that ruin my mood and i will never come back. Zero recommendations to others.????????I must say i worked in restaurant as well and our first priority is customer satisfaction with providing good food and service.

Worst pizza of my life. Whole order was wrong pizza came in cold as well as bland with no sauce that i specifically asked. Chicken drumsticks were bland as well with no spice not even salt. Spring rolls were hard like rock. Fell sick after eating the food. Would never recommend eating

Worst pizza eaten today from pizza depot, quality of pizza going pathetic day by day,iv ordered chicken pizza delight, chicken pieces smells alot & also not fresh chicken. Pizza was not at all served hot, after reaching home just had 1 piece rest all pizza thrown as it smelled alot. Complainted the depot about same should have offered another pizza.
