I recently visited this Pizza Hut while staying with a friend in Edmonton, and the experience was unfortunately disappointing. I had issues with my order, and when I approached the manager for assistance, they were dismissive and rude. It felt as though they gave preferential treatment to a female customer over me, which made me feel ignored and undervalued. The manager's unprofessional behavior significantly impacted my visit.
By the time my concerns were finally addressed, my pizza had gone cold, adding to my dissatisfaction. I sincerely hope that higher management addresses these issues with the current manager to improve the customer experience. Until then, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Held a University of Alberta Neuroscience Students Association event and the service was incredible; we ordered almost 2 dozen pizzas for an event in the basement lecture hall, and they still delivered it right to our door. We hope to see them again soon!

We had Pizza Hut cater for a university event and the service was wonderful and the pizza was delicious ?! They delivered to us (we got 22 large pizzas) and everyone had a great time. Thank you for helping us with our event! As you can see the pizza was very popular with our students!
Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza was great and delicious. One of the most popular for this event (it was the first to get eaten).
