Most pathetic pizza I ever ordered. Almost every slice has 50-25% cheese. And the boneless bites are dry. Regretting spending 50$ on this. Terrible location

Made an Order tonight for 14 inch pepperoni and a stuff crust beef and green pepper. Bill is like 55. The order is supposed to be about 30-45minutes. Drive picks-up the order, then it says he is 10 minutes away, he goes the wrong way on the tracker, then suddenly the tracker shuts off. We wait. Order was supposed to be 642pm ish, and its now 655pm. We call the 310 number, they transfer us to the store, we get a busy signal, we call again, the same a second time, we ask however for the store number and the number they give us is disconnected. At this point my wife is getting 3 different stories about when the driver left the store, they even hung up on her. Meanwhile I went to the store in person.
They said they could remake the order when they have a chance. its like 725pm now. I demand a refund, but they say it will take 3 or so business days, so we will check next week and follow-up. I highly suggest caution ordering from this location.
I will never order here again.
Additional note, the driver showed up at the house, he said the store gave him FIVE orders to deliver, so he showed up at my house almost an hour late trying to deliver the pizza, the wife refused and we will still want a refund and will follow-up further

The Delivery driver didn’t even call to tell me they were here. My food was left outside on the floor in the cold and I was close to the door what kind of delivery service is that! All they said to me was sorry!

I had ordered pizza before and due to it being a busy day, the pizza was extremely terrible. I had called and they had reassured me that due to such a rush, this had happened. They accepted their mistake and then had provided me with credit to purchase again. I ordered today and the pizza was excellent; the food, the service, everything was perfect. The worker, Raj, had provided excellent customer service.
