The staff member named Greeta behaved very unprofessionally and provided a very bad customer experience. Her attitude was rude, and the way she handled the situation made me feel disrespected as a customer. Because of this, my overall experience was extremely disappointing.
I request you to please look into this matter and take appropriate action so this does not happen with other customers. I have always liked Pizza Hut, but this experience was very upsetting.

The staff at Windermere Boulevard location in Edmonton were fantastic as always, it was both Halloween and a baseball night last Friday so they were ridiculously busy, and a couple of absolute donkey customers gave your team unnecessary verbal abuse because their order was taking longer than usual just because of a high demand, which the staff did not deserve. Your staff were professional throughout and despite my making numerous changes to my pizza when I placed the order, the staff got my order absolutely correct and I was super happy with everything.
There are a lot of quality pizza outlets in this part of Edmonton, however this particular Pizza Hut outlet has been my number one for the last three years, they always provide great quality orders with professionalism. A sincere thank you to the team at Windermere Boulevard.

The Pizza Hut in Windermere was great. Reallly satisfied with their service and there was a worker there named Retta, she was so sweet and caring. Definitely recommend coming to this Pizza Hut because I will forsure again!
I was very impressed with this location. I ordered takeout, one medium veggie with pineapple and a meat lovers. I like my pizza well done but that option wasn’t available online. I called the store and they happily accommodated and I also requested they put enough veggies because at other locations the pizza sometimes comes bare, with little cheese and veggies. This Pizza Hut went above and beyond. The pizza was cheesy and cooked to perfection. There was one issue that occurred, they accidentally gave me a large cheese instead of the meat lovers. Mistakes happen, but how you react matters. The lady on the phone apologized and they delivered a pizza to us! Great pizza and staff, will definitely be visiting again.
