What an experience we just had. It's unfortunate we can't give zero stars. Our delivery driver called and we missed it but immediately called him back twice with no response. For 30 min we were tossed back and forth through customer service who avoided helping us and continued to ask the same questions over and over and refused to transfer us to the store directly. We eventually drove to the store and spent 15 min being laughed at, mocked, argued with, and humiliated with multiple staff members speaking at us in another language despite being very capable of speaking English. We have never experienced such horrendous customer service and the staff should be ashamed at how they treated us. Pizza Hut is no longer an option for our family ever again.

Just ordered Margherita and Hawaiian pizza, but taste is not normal. Been piazza hut customer over 30years. This location , india women was handling customer. She was so rude, declined all my complaints. She didn’t want to hear my explanation, keeping excuse they followed the order. No more visit this location recommended.
