They were a bit late with my delivery due to some sort of mixup and not only did I get my order like 5 minutes after calling them up, they were super nice and gave me complimentary garlic bread and a coke to apologise. Thank you so much.Also they do nice

I wanted to order wings with the Wednesday deal but the store refused to enter the coupon code. I called customer service and they told me that the deal is still available and that they have no idea why the store refused to enter the coupon code. Unbelievable!

Never go here !! The deals was suggested was not fair at all !! we are vegetarian and we wanted to replace mushrooms with black olives and the employee said that she will charge me extra, when I said will you deduct the cost for mushrooms and she said no !! And but she said she will charge me extra for black olives !! I mean WOW !! So ridiculous !! No offence to Pizza Hut we love it!! but this location is crazy they are money minded only!! Not good with customer service !! Right after there I went to the 28th ave store and they happily did the change with a big smile !! So avoid going here and go to the 28 th ave store in Millwoods!!

Wish I could give 0 STARS. This place is a waste of time and money.I walked in and ordered a large veggie and medium cheese pizza. I was told it would take 25 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes and was told it would take more time. At this point it’s been a hour. There was no apology, I asked for a refund. The girl who took my order didn’t even ask my form of payment for the refund. She just handed me the cash without saying how much was refunded.Employees in the back also seemed very stuck up, giving dirty looks to other customers who were also waiting 30 minutes plus. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I bought my large pizza at regular price together with (3) medium size pizza at $5 each plus GST for the net total price of $42.00The pizza tastes good and the price is just right.Parking: busy location to find good parking spots. they have a high chair while waiting for your take out order.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. I ordered pizza online and paid online. Total for food and tip was $73.07. Pizza was delivered and the delivery driver had my husband pay a SECOND time at the door (why offer a pay online service if you are going to do payment at the door?)They put the total paid online (including tip) so a SECOND tip was added on top. Total paid the second time was $83.38. On top of this ridiculous issue, they forgot the wings (15.99 plus tax is 16.79). We called the location 20x before even getting an answer and was assured the money would be returned (80.38 + 16.79 = 97.17). My husband never received a refund but they returned 73.07 to my card (the original amount sans the missing items and forced additional payment and tip). We are still being jerked around and not getting the refund. We are still 24.10 SHORT what we're owed from missing items and stolen funds.TL;DR they stole money from us and won't refund it properly. Don't order from these crooks if you enjoy having your money.
