This is the worst pizza hut location ever! The pizza was so dry because there was hardly any cheese or sauce on it. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location and i had to comment and let people know. That's not fair, people work hard for their money and shouldn't be ripped off by getting dry pizza. Definitely complaining to pizza hut head quarters too.

Ordered from here several times before since it's the closest Pizza Hut, but I think I'm done with this place. Today, like many other times, there is very little cheese. Don't they have standards on how much cheese to put on? Doesn't Pizza Hut ever check up on it's locations? And not much sauce even though it was supposed to be extra sauce. We ordered 4 pizzas a few days ago. Two of the pizzas had little to no cheese- you could see the plain crust on at least half the pizza. I called them- the first man on the phone argued with me. Then he put the manager on the phone who also argued then asked me to email him a picture of the pizza and they would contact me to make it right. I sent the email. Two hours later sent another email asking for a reply. Three days later still no reply. Very poor customer service.

Horrible experience. So many problems don't even know where to begin. I got melts with only veggies, when I went home one of the melts had BACON and chicken in it. As someone that cannot eat bacon this was so disgusting. I called the place for a refund and the women on the phone apologized and said HQ will transfer me my money back into my card in 2 days (it has been over a week now still no money). On the third day I went into the store and asked for a refund in person and explained the whole situation to the guy there. He looked through the system trying to find my order and he couldn't find it. The women that day probably deleted it, so unethical and unprofessional. But the guy was nice because he gave me a new melt, I appreciated that. Funny thing though, the day I ordered the melts two coworkers were arguing pretty loudly with each other, whole places atmosphere is messed.
