Usually the service is good and pizza is ok. Like others have noted though, there’s often not enough topping or cheese to cover the pizza and you end up with pieces that are mostly sauce and/or just bread. Tonight’s order also included a human hair, and when I attempted to call (twice) no one answered. Disgusted and frustrating.

Tried to order but automated AI was annoying. Took too long to get any information. Decided to hang up and order else where….. bring back humans to order with this was ridiculous!!!!

My husband and I scheduled ahead (1:30pm) to have a couple pizza delivered (for 5:45pm - 6pm) through the Pizza Hut App (Knowing that it's New Year's Eve and things can be busy) When 5:55pm came around, the tracker said it was being packed up. After continuous checking/refreshing the page, at 7:15pm, it still said it was being packed. We tried to call the store however our phones wouldn't go through. My husband did an online feedback saying what was going on, within a couple minutes after my tracker said my order was delivered. (It was not and we were going to be paying at the door, not online) Beyond furious, I sent my husband in (7:55pm) to see what was going on, and the young lady behind the counter was VERY NICE and was VERY apologetic. She took the time to look up the order number and even though she wasn't able to figure out what happened, she did offer to make them on the spot. After only a short period of time, she gave us the pizzas for free and apologized again. To this lady, thank you so much for looking into it and for your EXCELLENT customer service. My husband said you were very calm, apologized multiple times, and was also a Rockstar managing the phones, and all the delivery drivers with it being soooo busy. ❤️

The workers are very nice and are good at their job. They are very friendly and always offer great Deals! And their service Is quick and carful but the environment is not that great because of all the students at the kumon beside it but other that that it’s great and you should go visit now!
