Sigh. I don’t know why but my order always is wrong in some capacity. The photo of the boneless wings is supposed to “no sauce, side of buffalo, side of creamy garlic” And I ended up with super runny honey garlic. Sauce on side is essential for my kid to eat it. Garlic bread overcooked and rock hard. Wilty lettuce in the salad. Super frustrating that Pizza Hut won’t help via phone and delivery won’t help either. Sad days.

I have been to this particular location a few times now. Every time it’s pretty good but it can consistently be better for the amount of toppings and cheese. This the first time they forgot to completely add a topping as one of our pizza didn’t have any green peppers so that was pretty disappointing.
For anyone wondering, the handcraft crust was good, although the one I got was burnt for some reason. Less oily and thinner vs the pan but the pan does still have that distinctively Pizza Hut taste. Also tried it with pesto sauce and was surprised that they mix the pesto and tomato sauce together. I thought it would have been just pesto but overall, I’ll probably have that again, it was pretty good.
Vegetarian options: Typical options but it kind of sucks they don’t add more veggie toppings for vegetarian pizzas considering they are lighter than meat options.

Over the past 3 months or so we've seen the quality deteriorate. Fewer toppings. Less and less cheese. It's almost like a new manager took over and wrecked the place. For 3 years we had ordered pizza from this location once or twice a month. They used to be the best. Now they're the worst. I'm hoping this isn't chain wide and it's just this location.

10/10 customer service. particularly one worker i think her name was Jessica. she is absolutely amazing, me and my fiancé went in and barely knew what we wanted to order. she helped us with the whole process and even suggested some really good deals !! i would totally recommend this location the workers and customers service here is always great.
