Nadeem’s great customer service style has me writing this review! What a great transaction. I ordered a pizza earlier today and it wasn’t quite what I expected, I went in to have it exchanged as I made the wrong selection and he did it was such kindness and his level of professionalism was top tier. The pizza was undercooked & the delivery driver was beyond rude, first & last time ordering from this pizzahut. I have never had such a impolite & aggressive delivery driver. I was very disappointed. I contacted the store directly to resovle the issue & they were not interested in dealing with either issue

Today, August 19, 2025 they and didn’t let me know on my way out to grab my pop, I didn’t know what I was pick up either, but we called them and they were very nice over the phone,THEY apologized and brought me my pop! delivery to my door less than 15 minutes Awesome Store location! awesome staff! good people!

Ordered two medium pizzas: one supreme, and one meat lovers.
The pizza was horrendous, worst than frozen. Very little sauce and cheese. Toppings were tiny, and could barely taste them. Very dry and tasted like I was eating cardboard. Never again.

Jessica the store manager always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy fed, I always place orders last minute for our Saturday lunches I’m talking 20+ pizzas and they always come perfectly cooked and still hot out of the Oven. Thank you Jessica and Pizza Hut Manning for your hard work. This store should be a benchmark for the rest

The pizza was lacking toppings. I did the survey explaining the terrible delivery service and this woman called me back on her high horse giving every excuse about the delivery drivers ignorant behavior. Don't call customers with EXCUSES BECAUSE YOU NEED THOSE CUSTOMERS TO COME BACK
