Even though the service was a 5 out of 10 the Canadian pizza was shit definitely a -20 on it their personal pan are way better the bread was so thin definitely a dog probably wouldn't eat it.... and the boneless wings were honey garlic and didn't taste like it at all and hard and dry like as if you were eating wood chips truly the wood chips probably would taste better I guess if you walk into a cheap ass franchise like this pizza hut then .... even though you pay out to much ....you definitely don't get what you pay for so it either domino's for pizza 73 for a real full size pizza and definitely not pizza hut

Did an online order. Received the wrong order, paid for extra stuff but didn't receive. Called multiple times to be hung up on. Called pizza hut main order line to be told there was nothing that can be done. Submitted an online complaint. Worst service I have ever had. Recommend to never order from this store or Pizza Hut. Would give 0 stars!!!

Absolutely the best spot around here, workers are friendly and communicative, pizza always hot and ready within mins of arrival. Orders are 99% right, had one messed up order in over a year (I order here approx 1-2 a week)

Usually I don't have complaints about this location. But two days ago my order came up to about $50 for two pizzas, breadsticks, wings and a cookie. The pizza was raw under the toppings, I ordered too close to closing so there was no way to call in to place a complaint and the website won't allow me to submit feedback so I'm resorting to the Google review. The food is generally fresh and on time if I walk in or order delivery. Yes, I've also noticed how cheap the toppings can be but over all the owner is awesome and if I mentioned something, he would fix it right away. I've been going to this location for 5 years so I'm usually happy with my orders, this would be the first time I was extremely grossed out and disappointed with the pizza. Hopefully they correct this.

This is the worst store to order from with the rudest customer service. The food was bad and the dough was stale and sour, and the manager said he had ‘no time’ to deal with this issue. I keep calling customer service but no one seems to know how to issue a simple store credit/issue a replacement order at another location. Their online vs phone system is fragmented, quality is crap, customer service is non existent.
The manager called saying they placed a replacement order at the other location but apparently they didn’t. No store credit or any follow up. Absolutely the worst.

Great ? Pizza and all the food. This is one if the best Pizza Place. Grest customer service. JASPAL at order desk is really ? excellent at the counter, SHE helped me to chose the best combo. Even, she explained me why we should choose PIZZA HUT, excellent people. Thank you JASPAL and her team. I will definitely come back, and I would recommend everyone to try pizza hut and its varieties.
