The staff were supper accommodating and sweet! I brought a chicken burger for $5.00. It was filling and they were very generous with the toppings. It tasted pretty good too. Overall great experience. Would come back again.

We ordered some food for our party. And everything was so delicious and yummy. Even the staff is so friendly they will accommodate you with everything you need for your parties. Amrit at the front is soo good with the customers. She's super sweet. They got so many deals for every day. 😍😍❤️❤️ They got so less prices as compared to other pizza stores.

I initially had a fantastic experience at Pizza Palazzo Terwillegar. The food was delicious, the customer service was warm and friendly, and I even received a first-time customer discount. I was genuinely impressed and happy to recommend this place to others, including my husband who was a big fan of a different pizza store. He finally gave in and decided to try this place based on my recommendation.

Unfortunately, our most recent order, which was my third or fourth time ordering, was a complete letdown. We ordered 10 pieces of chicken wings but received only 9. When I called to report it, the response from the staff was careless and unprofessional. The person on the phone didn’t seem to know how to handle complaints, and the owner or delivery person (not sure which) was dismissive and rude, saying things like “it’s just one piece of chicken” and “I can’t come back because of the distance.”

It’s not about one missing piece of chicken, it’s the principle. A good business would acknowledge the error and try to make things right, not make the customer feel like they’re being petty for pointing it out. It honestly felt like a tactic; give 9 now and tell the customer they’ll get an extra next time, so they’re pushed to reorder. To be honest, we assumed our chicken may have been touched or tampered with, so we didn’t even eat it.

To make matters worse, the food itself this time was not up to standard. The pizza dough was way too thick, it lacked cheesiness, and some of the meats were undercooked. The flavor was off, nothing like the quality I experienced during my earlier visits. Still, if it had just been a one-off bad meal, I might have let it slide. What really pushed me to leave this review was the poor attitude and lack of customer care.

And to be completely transparent, I know the person who manages the reviews will probably come on here and act overly defensive or give some unnecessary explanation to save face instead of actually taking accountability. But this review is for future customers to be aware. Consistency and respect matter just as much as taste. Sadly, this experience left a very bad impression this time around.

I ordered a large shawarma wrap. It tasted decent, but the size was really disappointing. It was probably smaller than the regular size at most places. Maybe 8 inches long and very skinny. Wouldn't order again at that price. If someone is paying a good price, they want to see the value. To upgrade to a large is like $3.90 or something. The wrap almost fits in my hand lengthwise. A large wrap should be like 9-10 inches long and thick. This looks more like a skinny seltzer can. Not trying to be rude at all. Just honest feedback. This is not a $20 wrap..
