I have been to this place 5 times in the past 3 years, And I had driven 30 minutes to get there and I order a normal large cheese pizza they said 20 minutes,
I wait for 20 minutes and my pizza is not ready but I don’t mind it after what seemed to be 10 minutes they gave my cheese pizza to a uber delivery guy and I waited another 30 minutes. When I asked why they took so long the staff said “It happens” I was furious, Just for a large cheese pizza I waited a whole hour here. I don’t ever recommend going here the tables are very dirty.

Good donair but extremely slow

I ordered food and found hair in it. Also, I noticed the staff weren’t wearing the proper coverings they should have would let slide but this was my 2nd time finding hair on it

I only tried their pizza, but that is the best pizza in town. Donair pizza is our family favourite.

Tried this pizza place with my family. The pizza, wings, and food were good, and the service was fast. However, the atmosphere wasn’t very clean — the tables were dirty and the bathrooms were in terrible condition. We ate quickly and left. Good food, but cleanliness really needs improvement.

I ordered a pizza from this place tonight 45 minutes ago and they call me to let me know that they can't deliver my pizza. It is ready, but the driver left without my pizza. But I can feel free to order again through Uber Eats. Or DoorDash, are you kidding me? What a joke never order from there again.

I come here all the time for pizza and wings for my family but I am very disappointed in this last time. I had gotten a chicken Bbq pizza that was undercooked and they don’t care to make the food properly

Certian people just can't make food..

This is one of the better pizzas I've had. Plenty of cheese, nice crust. Arrived hot at 5:30 too, nice 😀 This is my number 1 pick now.

They have the best food the price is reasonable waiting time isn't that bad too they actually work really fast. best place to eat.

Me and my friend went for a takeaway order and were overcharged by $6 due to the staff’s mistake. When we returned to fix it, the lady at the counter started shouting at us and said it’s not her job to check payments. She even said she doesn’t care about bad reviews.

If you want to grow your business and maintain a good reputation, staff like this should be terminated. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

One Indian mannerless associate charged me $6 extra, when I asked for the explanation she never accepted her mistake, moreover shouted on me. Then I left and come again after checking the price after calculation. She was rude to give the refund. Is it a reflection of good customer service ??
