We usually order the 5 pcs chicken and donair pizza for take out. They will tell you the waiting time which is good. However, sauce is not included in the pizza anymore.

No phone etiquettes at all… pathetic service the food is mediocre …the girl there without asking me put the sweet sauce in the poutine did not apologize and justified it as her routine habit ….. But things are different at their Southgate location

The girl who answered the phone has no phone manner. I love this pizza ever since that's why we always come back . But the rudeness of the person who's answer the phone is unacceptable..

The lady on the phone , she refused to take my order at 9:38 , she said that we stop taking order whether they r closing at 10, I went there at 9:50 , she again refuse to take order, saying sorry we were super busy today we stop our oven at 9:30
I just want to ask owner is she is food for ur business? I also work any many organizations but I always treat customers as I m running my own business...really disappointed

Went in to order donair poutine, would not take order even though they weren't closing for another hour saying they already cleaned up the kitchen. Owner should review the types of employees they keep. Way to kill your business and reputation. Very disappointed.

Associate who takes phone calls needs to learn more communication skills. She needs to learn customer service. She either completely misses the order and claims that order was not in this location. Or misses half of the order and we have to wait another 20 - 30 minutes. Or she messes up the order. We come back to this location because their pizza tastes really good. But whoever takes up the call needs to be either changed or needs to be mindful. I am writing this after couple of incidents, not just one.

Just arrived in Edmonton for the weekend and I was craving a slice of pepperoni pizza. After stopping at a couple of places that didn't, Pizza Unlimited was like. "Sure! I can do that for you!". It was the best slice I had in a while! The size was generous, the sauce was amazing, and the cheese broiled to perfection! Thank you Pizza Unlimited! Made my welcome back a delicious treat! =)
