Pizza Unlimited & Fried Chicken

My son says this place gets a 5 star rating. He isnt wrong the pizza is delicious and the people are great. Not really a dine in pizza shop but its quick and rarely fades in consistency and quality.

Tried to place a delivery order tonight, but was told no driver was available. Pretty disappointing service.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at this location. I placed an order for one regular pizza and one donair pizza, but when I came in, the lady at the front insisted she only made two regulars. Instead of fixing the mistake, she immediately accused me of lying about what I ordered. Another woman came from the back and doubled down, saying it was my fault and my issue, and that they weren’t going to make the pizza I asked for.

They kept repeating the same thing over and over, treating me like a child, making it seem as if I didn’t know what I ordered. When I stood my ground, both of them started speaking in their own language, insulting me and cursing me behind my back, not realizing that I actually understood every word. On top of that, when I asked for their names to include in my complaint, they refused to identify themselves.

It took an argument just to get a refund, and they even tried to tell me I couldn’t get one at all. The whole experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright rude. No customer should ever be treated this way.

If you want proper service and respect, avoid this location completely. Go to the other Pizza Unlimited location instead — this one clearly doesn’t value its customers.

Very disappointing experience at Pizza Unlimited. My order was wrong, and instead of correcting the mistake, the staff dismissed me and said it was my problem. I was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner, which made the situation even worse. Mistakes happen, but professionalism and respect should always be expected in customer service — and unfortunately, this location failed at both. Do yourself a favor and choose a place that respects its customers.

Their donair pizza is very delicious and reasonable price.

We usually order the 5 pcs chicken and donair pizza for take out. They will tell you the waiting time which is good. However, sauce is not included in the pizza anymore.

No phone etiquettes at all… pathetic service the food is mediocre …the girl there without asking me put the sweet sauce in the poutine did not apologize and justified it as her routine habit ….. But things are different at their Southgate location

The girl who answered the phone has no phone manner. I love this pizza ever since that's why we always come back . But the rudeness of the person who's answer the phone is unacceptable..
