Food was very good and fresh as always. However this time when ordering at the drive thru we did not receive our full order. We were shorted 1 biscuit and a family size onion rings. Never had a problem with any Popeye's location until now. I guarantee I'll be checking my order in line every time from now on. Very disappointed.
Food is good. Just a bit too pricey for what you get. :)

The cashier at day time 5:53 pm on 22/05/2025 was very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. very dry and tasteless chicken never recommended to go here. my first and last experience here
I have visited this location many times, dine in and drive through.
The staff is always friendly, I may have to wait a few minutes sometimes but it is because they want to provide fresh. I can tell in how tasty the food is.

Chickens is pricey but usually good. Had some issues with wrong orders that were corrected efficiently.

Their new red bean sandwich is the best veggie sandwich I ever had! It’s so good, so tasty! A must try!

First and foremost after I finished paying for my food, I was asked if I needed a bag, we ordered a lot of food so of course we needed a bag, I then had to do a separate transaction for 0.25c. On top of that we then watched them package our food, without gloves, after touching the tills. This is extremely unsanitary. To be putting your dirty hands, that you didn’t wash, while packaging our food. Disgusting. Once it was brought up they just put the same food in different boxes. Don’t bother coming here.

I went for a dine in and everything was good till the time of leaving, I saw an employee get a masher from the kitchen to push down the garbage in the bin and take the masher back into the kitchen. I hope to God that masher was washed immediately but I definitely don't feel like going back to this location.
This happened as we were leaving else and I had to get elsewhere otherwise I would have stopped to bring this up with the manager.

I ordered food through the Drive-thru, and while the experience started off okay, it ended on a disappointing note. The order taker might need re-training. The store wasn’t busy until another car pulled up behind me, so I don’t understand why your team member seemed so rushed that they couldn’t even hear me properly.
The person (possibly the manager?) who brought my order to the second window also didn’t make the experience any better. I waited at the window, thou time of waiting is reasonable but all I got was a quick “here’s your order.” No thank you for waiting, no smile—not even a hint of effort to provide good customer service. Terrible service!
I’ve worked in the food service industry, so I understand how tiring it can be, but that doesn’t excuse taking it out on customers. I was just craving chicken strips and thought of Popeyes, but this experience left a bad taste.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews unless I feel it’s necessary, but your team needs to be reminded of the importance of customer relationship management (CRM). I wasn’t given a receipt, not even inside the bag, which makes me wonder if it was intentional to avoid being called out by name.
Looks like the store is at slack time (non-busy). I just thought, the staff/manager might be eager to finish up and head home, but that’s no reason to be rude to a customer who did nothing wrong.
