If I could give them zero stars I would. Paid an extra $2 for chicken and they gave me this pigeon leg. They gave zero cutlery and no napkins, as if I’m supposed to eat mashed potatoes with my fingers. They’re clueless! Will eat elsewhere and do not recommend!

Absolute disaster. Cold sandwiches. Complained and supposedly got some new sandwiches. Tasted bad and greasy. Bun and Toppings are stale. Even the paper bag was covered In grease. Will never go back. Terrible experience my goodness.

we had ordered a big amount of chicken (assorted pieces) and ended up giving all three of us either got stomach flu or food poisoning. it was not a pleasant experience to say the least. i will never be eating popeyes ever again from any location

See a lot of negative reviews about this place but I had a good experience. Had to wait 7 minutes, but was told that up front. The chicken sandwich was very good and the fries were good too. Only negative thing I can say is that your option to wait is either standing by the garage bin or getting in the way of others walking in and out of the food court, but that's not the staffs fault.

Tried to pick up dinner from here for our family after a long day. We were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. We watched approximately 10 orders be filled as we sat there in our car including a large order for a family that arrived after us.
Seeing our expressions the staff signalled it would be only 5 minutes until our food would be ready which wasn't accurate. We probably waited 30. Got the food home and it seemed hot and fresh until we started eating. I bit into a biscuit and had to spit it out because of a gross "earthy taste". On closer inspection it was mold which was also present on a biscuit on my son's and husband's plate. We threw out the biscuits and probably will not try Popeyes for a LONG time.
We've had slow service at this location before but were understanding and patient. Moldy food on the other hand can make your family very sick so please be careful where you choose to eat.

Didn't think much of it. I've been sick all day today.
I always enjoy Popeyes food, and this places food is just as good! But the location in the mall is inconvenient, The lineup blocks a main path into the food court, so you are always having people going past you just when you are standing in line. Furthermore, the last time I was there, they couldn’t serve me (after I waited in line) because they were out of chicken and fries. I get that shortages occur, but how can a place that sells fried chicken, be out of fried chicken
