ordered 10pcs Chicken Family Meal. with onion rings and coleslaw . onion rings are soggy , chicken are dry and super lapsed and the worse was coleslaw is SPOILED!!!!! called the store but no one answer. food will poison customers serving spoiled coleslaw! no quality check! poor management!

I had to repeat myself multiple times at the drivethru- I ordered a kid's nugget meal with sprite and fries with ketchup, a spicy chicken sandwich and an original non-spicy chicken sandwich. The first thing that shows up is a 9 piece chicken nugget with a coke and an order of onion rings- the drive thru attendant asks if it is correct- I say no- It's a kids nugget meal with sprite- after about 1 min the coke changes to sprite, she puts a spicy chicken sandwich on there and an order of onion rings- is it correct?- no it is not I did not order onion rings. Finally a man gets on the speaker and says the correct order into the speaker. We get to the drive thru and there is a young girl with braces working- she again asks if we want onion rings- no I do not I never ordered that. When we drive away the sandwiches are soggy and taste like they were made hours ago (not fresh), my kid ends up with an adult meal (9 piece nugget and a medium sprite) and no ketchup in the bag. I had diarrhea all night long from my sandwich- will absolutely never return to this location

I got an order for pick up, but picked the wrong location. The lady at the front counter was very kind and got me the food that I ordered.

This local Popeyes has really stepped up its game—service has significantly improved, turnaround times are much faster, and the chicken is consistently fresh, crispy, and up to the high standards you’d expect from the brand. A much-appreciated upgrade all around!

Couldn’t understand a word through the drive-thru speaker, and they clearly weren’t listening to me either. After repeating myself multiple times and getting nowhere, I just gave up and drove off. Extremely frustrating experience.

Absolutely terrible place with zero respect for delivery drivers. This isn’t the first time I’ve come to pick up an order and it’s NOT READY. I’m forced to wait in line like a regular customer, even though I’m here to WORK. Staff completely ignore me — no eye contact, no acknowledgment — just chatting and smiling with dine-in customers while the delivery order, which should’ve been ready by now, hasn’t even been started. This is beyond unprofessional. If you can’t respect other people’s time — especially those helping your business run — just shut down. Couriers are not your unpaid assistants. The way this place treats drivers is disgraceful. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Food was disgusting and didn't taste right. Every item I ordered was off. You are better off going to another location. I will never go to this location again.

It is always a good experience going here and today is beyond above from our expectation as Mr. Leandro, accomodates our order smoothly and the transaction is a breeze.
