Pro: above average large sizes of fried chicken, great Tuesday deal (2 for $5), friendly and warm staff, clean, nice interior

Cons: inconsistent product, interior often dry and not juicy, taste is mediocre

Overall pretty decent for regular eats, unbeatable value for quantity but lacking in taste and consistency. 3 times out of 5 the chicken wouldn’t taste so good but sometimes it’s amazing depending who is on shift.

Went there last night around 6:40, the store was super busy. Long line of people waiting to be served, plus what looked like deliveries happening on the other side. People were starting to get impatient. I ended up waiting more than 25 minutes for my order, and the lady who took it didn't look too happy. I understand they probably didn’t have enough staff since I only saw two people working. What really stood out was the other lady, Naj, she was moving fast, getting orders out, and still smiling even when people were giving her attitude. Try not to go during peak hours if you want to avoid the long wait. The food is great, no blood, flavorful, hot and crispy.
