Horrible service indeed. I stood there for so long waiting for someone to assist me, and there was literally no one ahead of me. After maybe 10mins of waiting, someone finally came up to help.
Again.. no one was ordering before or after me and yet 2 girls like to take their sweet time for something that was not worth the price. The cup was probably 3/4 full of a drink and my food was so stale.

Good fries with lot of seasoning options .
I tried their jumbo smoky bbq flavour fries . It was good.will come back again thanks.

The boba of their drink is not chewy and it is overcooked.
The staff is also not smiling, looks depressed af and has been thru Vietnam war.

We ordered 1 jumbo regular fries and and 1 mega with 2 flavors. So expensive but I guess we are paying at the mall. Didn't even get to eat half of eat. The fries are so hard and salty. My little boy loves fries but he just had a couple bites cause it keeps choking him cause it is so hard.

I bought a mega cheese fries. I was so dissappointed that there's not much cheese flavor on my fries. I should have just bought a regular fries and my fries taste burnt. I will not come back to this store location. I should have read the reviews first before buying.

I'd be embarrassed if this was my business since the people who are working here aren't approachable at all. Customer service here is garbage. Might as well go all the way to west edmonton mall.

Updated: (April 5, 2023)I don’t know what’s going on here but the fries don’t taste the same as the ones at the west Ed location. The fries I got from this location recently are either overcooked or undercooked and they have skimped on the seasoning too. Either way I stopped getting my fries from this location and only get them from the west ed mall location because they are more consistent.

my order is tera fries and they gave us obviously the old one. Fries is soggy and the ladies are not that accommodating. No smiles and manners like saying 'thank you'.
