If you’re craving a donair or a platter, this spot is a hidden gem! Portion sizes are generous, and every bite is satisfying. And the cook, Dixit is very kind and helpful to customers. We would highly recommend this place as it's a great spot for a quick, flavourful meal!

I wanted to buy a large donair at the advertised price of $15.99. I was expecting just under $4 change. I was given $2.25 . I told the employee he owns me more and told he told me the donair was $17.xx.
I pointed out on the sign "it says right here $15.99" he told me that was the Old price.
I paid the price but sadly he cost a customer.
Under section 74.05 of the Competition Act he must honor it at $15.99.
I didn't mention it, I shouldn't have to. It says right there in the clear.... $15.99
Sorry Prarie Donair.... you stole roughly $1.xx from me but it'll cost you a lot more than that

They did not have lamb and when we try to get a sauce they did not have available as well. The taste is not good in my opinion, maybe because they didn’t have the adécuate sauce for the shawarma.
Also it takes forever to do our order. And even the fries taste funny. Very disappointed and I was expecting something pretty good base on the good reviews but definitely is not as the reviews shows

I wouldn't do this one again.
First, they were out of everything, they couldn't do two or three donairs I originally wanted due to lack of one thing or another.

Finally found one I could have. Guy starts making it, and it took a lot of time, so I checked the place out. Pop machine - sure enough two or three selections there were out of order.

The other reviews don't lie, it took a long time to make the Donair, probably 10 minutes. While the guy is making it, he is begging me to leave a review. He brought it up a couple times, it sounded a bit desperate. Says if I leave one before I go I can have a free orange juice from some dispenser next to the fountain pop. I am not making a review before trying the food dude. That would be dishonest. If that offer is being made to others I would take some of these 5 stars with a grain of salt. I declined the offer.

Guy asks what sauce I want, and sure enough, my first two choices they are out of!
Just give me whatever at this point.

End up with a regular Donair and a can of soda, with less than a $2 tip it was still nearly $20 bucks - steep.

Donair isn't really that big, I could bite off a whole section in one go, like I was having a wrap from Tim Hortons or something. Usually donairs, even regulars are a few bites. To take out a quarter section.

The taste was not great either. It was below average compared to what else is in the city.
I wouldn't do this place again, and suggest you should save you're money, times are tough these days, there are better places to spend it.
