I had such a great experience at this location! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. The quality here is just as amazing as other branches I’ve been to. I’ve tried so many of their sandwiches that it’s honestly hard to pick a favourite from this spot!

Bread has a mouldy taste. My friend had a sandwich that had a chunk that looked like it was ripped off because it had mould on it, after which she got food poisoning. I’m assuming they are using old bread to avoid making fresh. Very disappointing.

Pretty mid overall. Value for money with quality and quantity of ingredients compared to other sanwhich shops is not there. A grilled sandwich that the cheese ( a litle triangle on each half of the sanwhich) is not even a little melty is a disappointment. I even asked for extra grill time. I'd be hard press'd to recommend this place to others

I am absolutely disgusted with the food we received. The broccoli salad was spoiled — the broccoli was rotting and the smell was horrible. The California sandwich was just as bad: the avocado was brown, the bacon was undercooked, and the sandwich wasn’t even properly pressed. I can’t believe this was served in that condition. I will never be returning after this experience. For the cost of…… extremely disappointing

Really disappointed with customer service.
Cashier was unprofessional, and walked away after taking our order assuming we were paying by card. Had to let her know as she was walking away we were paying cash, and promptly told us we couldn’t pay cash. No apologies given until I mentioned she should have a sign on the door and should had been kinder to us as her customers.

Ive tried so many sandwiches that it's hard to choose a favorite, I love their Ceasar salad as well and their cocoa power smoothie (it tastes like chocolate, peanut butter and bananas), tastes like a dessert!
