Tried Spruce Grove location twice. First time was for donairs, super yummy! Tonight we tried beef and chicken donair poutine. Delicious! Major downfall the meat was burnt. You could taste it every couple of bites and cut up your mouth. Will definitely return but will have to ask for a little less burnt next time 😅

The donairs were excellent. Great flavour, good portions. The poutine looked amazing, but didn’t get to try any, as my lunch mate ate it too fast! I was too full anyway. Will definitely try next time.

$20 for the smallest donair I've ever had. Not worth it.

I ordered a large beef donair, but I think when I ordered it what they heard was "I would like to pay the price of a large, but receive a large pita with hardly any meat or other fillings." Absolutely disappointed. Flavor was fine but the donair was mostly sauce so who even knows.

small size , too expensive, they don't offer cups for water like every other dine in offers you have to buy a drink.

while the food was good, the donairs are tiny. can get a much larger portion anywhere else for the same price. won't likely go back sadly

Ordered a regular donair and a can pop for about 17 dollars the donair was sooo small … prob the smallest donair , smallest potion of meat a veggies I’ve ever had in my life!! prime time used to be good when they first opened definitely was generous on the toppings but now it’s ridiculous it’s just a tiny little wrap now the pita size is smaller a jumbo is just a regular….?

First and last time I have PrimeTime Donair. Ordered a regular mixed Donair wrap.... It was the smallest donair I have even received, and cost almost $16. There was almost no veggies, and the meat filling was incredibly small. The chicken was so fatty it was almost inedible. I could forgive some of this if the taste/flavor was amazing.... It was not. Just bland bland bland.

There are so many good donair places in this city. Save your money for them.

The food is great, but pricey. I ordered a double cheese burger, 2 family sized fries with gravy...got a single cheese burger, 2 large fries...it was to go, so never realized until I got home. Always check the order

I was blown away today with the top notch service. I hope the right people see this. The two ladies working on March 5th around 3pm deserve recognition. I am 100% going to come back. They went above and beyond ordinary customer service.
