PrimeTime Donair & Poutine

This is their regular size donair at $13.99. Taste was medium so I went up to a 2 star. But I could fit 3 of these in any other regular size donair in town.

I will never order from them again!! Talk about shrinkflation!!! Ordered 2 regular donairs and received 2 tiny donairs that wouldn’t even fill up a teenager’s appetite. I ordered from the Clareview area a year and a half ago, and they were probably 4-5 times larger!! Save your money people, eat at home!!!

I love PrimeTime. My kids love it too. This time at this location, I had a bad experience. It might be because of a large order I placed, but the order was all mixed up and details where missing. Flavors, fresh sauces, veggies and extras where all mixed up or missed all together in some orders. My favorite donair smash was over cooked. Still food was tasty, but not to my choice.
I am sharing this experience with you to let you know of the amazing staff working there. I returned the next day and stated my complaint and opinion. They recognized it, thanked me for the feed back and offered a repeat experience on the house. I did not, and wasn't going to ask for a refund or that, but it was a nice gesture of the management on site then. I got the Donair Smash and it was what I expected. Amazing, flavourful and juicy burger. Perfectly crafted.
The veggies are crisp, and the sauces are incredible. The staff was super friendly then and now and welcoming, and the place was clean and comfortable. A great donair spot around. I highly recommend it. Just explain how exactly you like your order to be!

The food was great, but I could have almost slid to and from the till with the amount of grease that’s on the floor. The tables felt greasy, the washroom floor was super greasy.

For as clean as the floor looks stepping on the floor tells a different story

Prime Donair – Absolutely Delicious!
I had an amazing experience at Prime Donair! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made — the donair meat was juicy, the veggies were crisp, and the sauces were incredible. The portions were generous, and everything tasted authentic. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the best donair spots around — highly recommended!

We ordered from here tonight on uber eats pickup & within the 2 bites I took the pita was stale, meat tasted like OLD DIRTY oil, there was barely any meat/toppings they missed order notes of adding pickles & the kicker? I asked for no tomatoes due to an allergy and lo & behold it was filled with tomatoes both donairs had to be trashed never been so disappointed
