We ordered from here tonight on uber eats pickup & within the 2 bites I took the pita was stale, meat tasted like OLD DIRTY oil, there was barely any meat/toppings they missed order notes of adding pickles & the kicker? I asked for no tomatoes due to an allergy and lo & behold it was filled with tomatoes both donairs had to be trashed never been so disappointed

Prime Time Donair never disappoints! The meat is perfectly seasoned, the wraps are fresh, and the garlic sauce is just right. The portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and fast. Always a fan of Prime Time Donair. But every time I come here they don’t put enough sauce on the donairs. When charged $2 for extra sauce (which is crazy!) I hardly noticed any more added

best fries anywhere hands down...they just added smash burgers to menu...1 of the best Ive ever had...YOU GOT TO EAT HERE...

Don’t know why I keep going back thinking things may have changed. Truth be told, it only got worse. In no other universe could I order a donair and a donair poutine and finish it all in one sitting and not be full. The value for your money here is absolute crap. Your business model is flawed guys… smallest portion possible for more money than your competitors is a good way to kill your business but what do I know; only been in business for 30years.
Go mystery shop your competition, could learn a thing two.
Last dime of my money you get.
Crap prices, crap portions and crap add on charge for everything.

Tried Spruce Grove location twice. First time was for donairs, super yummy! Tonight we tried beef and chicken donair poutine. Delicious! Major downfall the meat was burnt. You could taste it every couple of bites and cut up your mouth. Will definitely return but will have to ask for a little less burnt next time 😅
