Service was surly, the chicken in my wrap was very dry and I think maybe reheated from frozen. I couldn't finish it. Seems there was a reason this place was so slow. I won't be going back. The place was clean, so I could see the workers care, but maybe business is just slow.

First time at a Prime Time. I didn't think a donair could taste so plain. Not sure what was going on in there but something was humming so loud I could barely communicate with the soft-spoken worker. Tried a classic donair with cheese, perhaps a classic donair doesn't come with sauce? Regardless, the beef left a lot of flavour in the kitchen apparently. After finishing it, I was also left wondering if there was actually any cheese on it. The veggies were fresh and the pita was present so there was that. At least two of the fountain soda options were broken/empty, ended up getting Dr Pepper that tasted like something barely representing Dr Pepper. The fries were good though, classic straights with skin on, if I had to guess Cavendish. Crispy and lightly salted perfectly to taste.

1st & last time I’ll visit one of these places!!!I ordered 1 regular donair & 1 small Quebec poutine from a guy that who’s English is extremely hard to understand. So after 20 minutes I get 2 boxes of poutine! 1 with donair meat & sweet sauce on it.On the boulevard out front of the store and other places in the neighbourhood there are signs that say if you pickup you can get 20% off. Asked about it with an answer that it’s over!
Used to be really good before they changed the menu. Soggy fries and poutine soup is what you'll end up with nowadays. Sad to see it fall so far.
