Best donair poutine I’ve ever had, quick service as well!

Ordered 2 Regular Beef Donair Poutines with honey garlic sauce, sweet sauce, onions and olives. Not a complicated order. Got home. No onions or olives on either of my poutines. No time to go back to have this fixed. I tipped on an order they couldn't even be bothered to read. Thanks guys.

Skip forgot to pick up my order, then the courier ghosted us. Drove into the location to re-order, they still ahd my original order, threw in a pop. Thanks to the two guys working on Boxing Day for listening to my story and being great customer service

Absolutely amazing! Primetime Donair & Poutine never disappoints. The donair was packed with flavour—perfectly seasoned meat, fresh veggies, and that sweet sauce that ties everything together. The poutine was just as impressive: crispy fries, rich gravy, and real cheese curds that actually squeak.
The portions were generous, the staff were friendly, and everything came out hot and fresh. Easily one of the best spots around if you’re craving comfort food done right. Highly recommended!

Order ANYWHERE but here. They can’t get their orders straight. We pay for many items and get 2 completely different things. The SKIP driver got a bag with our receipt and wrong food in it. We call and they didn’t care. They want us to go pick up. NO. Get it right the first time. We have worked years in the restaurant industry. You apologize and try to make things right at the convenience of the customer. We order SKIP because we have a baby at home, we can’t just leave because YOU made the error. Fix yourself or you’ll be just another business closing its doors because you can’t form a client base.

Did a skip order and they gave the driver the wrong food. I called them and they basically said sucks to suck contact skip to get a driver to come pick up the order when it would be cold by the time a driver would get there. Horrible service.

Just about swallowed a staple that I found in my food!! On top of that they didn't follow packaging instructions when I asked for my gravy to be on the side.
