PrimeTime Donair & Poutine

Place is straight up hot garbage, ordered thru skip, poutine looked like a sewage dump, cheese curds werent melted for shit, rock solid, no gravy, oily, chicken shawarma wrap tasted like shit, it was burnt, awful flavour. $42 down the drain. Avoid this garbage place.

I have to say that was the worst donair I have ever had. The meat was gooey and tasted burnt like burnt potato burnt. The seasoning of it was also off.

Had their poutine. Most decadent flavour I've ever had. Owner said he has a special technique... Tried to get the recipe from him but it's a secret recipe. Guess I need to keep going back.

Called in to order 3 items for pickup. They asked how long we would be, we said only 15 minutes and she said alright and just hung up. Showed up 15 minutes later and they hadn’t started anything! reordered everything in person and they didn’t start making our order until after we paid.

I tried calling multiple times and it rang until it hung up multiple time. My husband went in around 430 and asked for just the meat, lettuce, pickles and garlic sauce strictly no tomato on my donair. He answered a call and was distracted for a few min and drove all the way home to westmount area. Upon opening my donaire i find purple onion, don't love them but whatever and tomato which makes physically ill. When the finally answered the manager explained it was a trainee who was left unattended and she was willing to fix the problem, I believe more training is needed because when it comes to food it's not always a preference when people say no to something

I am regular customer, today it was a busy time when me and my friends went there, we ordered 4 poutines got them after around 7 minutes, incredibly fast and smooth service. The girls are fast and very friendly.

An absolutely amazing experience. At first, I wasn’t sure if I should give it a try, but honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. The food was incredible, the service was on point, and I’ll definitely be coming back for sure.

Amazing service, it was my first time visiting, the cashier was extremely polite and helpful, helped me choose a sweet and spicy donair loved it. Even asked for me again if I liked the food, will surely return again.

I enjoy a donair/poutine as much as the next Canadian and I have been to this establishment before. I don't get it often so it's a nice treat once in a while. The 1 star is not on the food, solely on the service I received. I was the only person in the restaurant when I placed my order. 3 patrons arrived shortly after and ordered their meals. As I waited I realized my food took longer than normal to be done. When an order was ready, it wasn't mine but the person who ordered right after me. The cashier who took all of our orders didn't say anything to me but we made eye contact as I'm positive we both knew my order should have been completed first. Shortly after a second order was done, not mine but for the other patron. It was only then, another worker from the back came up front to ask if an order was missed. I confirmed it was me, then she promptly left to start making my order. I directly asked the cashier who placed all of our orders, why mine was missed? Her response was something along the lines of, my order had to be reconfirmed in the system. Her explanation made absolutely no sense, the order was their standard poutine with no modifications. I was the only parton in the restaurant when I ordered so what needed to be reconfirmed after payment? Another order was completed, not mine once again but the last patron that arrived after me. After an inordinate amount of time, when my food was finally done I had no time to eat it. I actually wanted my money back because I completely lost my appetite. I was on my lunch break and didn't have the time to request a refund without being late returning to work. So I took my food and it sat on my desk, uneaten. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this particular establishment anytime soon or at all. I found the cashier's lack of awareness, effort, and expediency to rectify the situation non-existent.

Amazing staff, everytime i visit them, well greeted by staff, food is also always amazing despite being super busy they will still be polite and serve good food, 100% recommend it

Wouldn't recommend coming here was looking for a good donair but was very disappointed food was very gross I feel like throwing up very expensive and service was slow and it wasn't even busy

Whao!!!! Tasty Thai platter was very good so as the spicy chicken poutine.
