I don't like how they wrap the donair. They wrap it so it's very hard to eat without spilling everywhere. They need to wrap it so you can ear it. The beef does not seem to be of great quality and tastes overcooked. Other ingredients are fresh.

Very yummy food

I had a wonderful experience at this location of prime time. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. They greeted me with a smile, seated me quickly, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. What impressed me most was the speed of their service—my order arrived much faster than expected, yet everything was fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. The efficiency of the team, combined with their friendly attitude, made the entire dining experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making customers feel valued, and I will definitely be coming back.

The store was busy but the service was amazing I ordered 2 poutines, 2 donairs and side of onion rings got my food in around 6-7 minutes. And even the staff was super polite and happy to serve…will visit again

I called four times in a row to place a pick up order this evening. No one answered and then, what I assume was an automatic response the call hung up on me after many rings. Looking on line it did state that it was open. I drove over to what I expected to see a very busy restaurant only to find it completely empty, with two workers there. This was quite a surprise from the lack of answering the phone. I then waited 20 minutes for an order of two routines and a donair. Not a massive order expectant of a 20 minute wait. Disappointing.

I stopped by Primetime, and I have to say — it was one of the best food experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Right from the moment I walked in, the customer service was amazing. The ladies working there were incredibly polite, patient, and made the entire visit feel welcoming. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work.

Now let’s talk about the food — absolutely phenomenal. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The donair was packed with just the right amount of meat, sauce, and toppings. Every bite hit the spot. You can tell this isn’t just fast food — they’re serving something they’re proud of.

If you haven’t been to Primetime Donair yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. Friendly faces, top-tier service, and food that speaks for itself. Highly recommended!

I wouldn’t ask for a chicken burger cost me $14 with a pop Inside the buns, it was just a dry piece of chicken a little Sauce it. That’s it taste so gross. I feel already sick. I will never go to this place again. 🤢

The atmosphere was welcoming and employees were very helpful, patient (picky eater), and the food was amazing. Honestly the best poutine I’ve ever had, I know they’re known for their donair but the chicken is dangerous. Cheers to their team, best experience today. I’ll definitely be back.

This is not what I would consider a donair supposed to be shaving. not little pieces. The sweet sauce is not sweet and it's tasteless. Paid for cheese no cheese
