I'm trying to be polite here because the staff are very nice. It's clean and has a nice presentation. But man are there problems. Constantly getting the food orders wrong. Staff can barely speak a word of English. Often only 1 person working and a line of people waiting to get food while the guy is yacking on his Bluetooth phone. Bathroom was out of order today. Guy didn't bother to heat the oil so had to wait 20 minutes for that to warm up. Pricey food too, probably...

I dined on a Monday evening during game night. The staff member who took my order provided excellent customer service. He allowed me to mix different sauces, patiently accommodated my changing choices, and always served with a big smile. He also checked in to ensure everything was good and if we needed anything else.
