Excellent service and a positive atmosphere, I had to take my time ordering as I wasn’t sure if I wanted to commit to the newer smash burger, however, I did go with the selection of “Petite Smash Burger” and it was very enjoyable! This establishment provides cleanliness, while the employee was very patient, knowledgeable and had phenomenal communication skills.

We ordered beef donairs, mozza sticks and baklava from here off door dash. We didn't receive our baklava, the donairs and mozzarella sticks were cold and not good. We hoped ordering donairs close to home (within 2km) would give us warm and not soggy donairs. We were very disappointed and will not order from here again.

I’m really disappointed with the service at Prime Time Restaurant. I reached the place 12 minutes before closing time, but they told me they were already closed. They didn’t answer my call beforehand, and to make it worse, they hadn’t even turned off the “open” sign. If you’re closed, make it clear—don’t mislead customers. Very unprofessional experience.
Pulled up for a smash burger and ended up with a buy one, get one free deal, 100 percent worth it. The burger hit, fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Definitely didn’t expect that kind of value for the price. If you’re craving something fire without breaking the bank, PrimeTime’s honestly got you 🔥
And my mom asked if they had a warm drink instead of a cold one since she can’t handle cold drinks and luckily, they did! Really appreciated that. Service was amazing, super friendly and helpful. They definitely know how to take care of their customers
