Tried Spruce Grove location twice. First time was for donairs, super yummy! Tonight we tried beef and chicken donair poutine. Delicious! Major downfall the meat was burnt. You could taste it every couple of bites and cut up your mouth. Will definitely return but will have to ask for a little less burnt next time 😅

The donairs were excellent. Great flavour, good portions. The poutine looked amazing, but didn’t get to try any, as my lunch mate ate it too fast! I was too full anyway. Will definitely try next time.

Amazing! I’ve been to multiple PrimeTime locations but you can clearly tell this location is above the others!
Cooked well, wrapped well, and mostly importantly tastes well. If you are new in town and want to try a donair this is the place to try it. I did the shawarma plate but usually I go with the Original donair

“Absolutely love this place! The poutine here is next-level delicious. The fries are perfectly crispy, and the gravy is rich and flavorful—just the right amount of thickness. You can tell they use high-quality cheese curds that melt perfectly. I tried the mix meat poutine, but they have a great variety of toppings to choose from, too. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Definitely my go-to spot for a comforting, satisfying meal. Highly recommend!”
Today I went to the location in Northgate mall and they served me a extremely RAW chicken burger!!!

Was quite disappointed, this was our first time back after the renovations and it will be our last. Walked in and weren't greeted, they just kept talking to themselves until we got ready to order and were just asked "what can i get you" customer service was severely lacking this evening. We then ordered 2 regular beef donairs, had next to no sauce on them, the donair meat was cold, one only had a small amount of lettuce lasted only half the wrap. Extremely disappointed tonight, as this used to be our go to spot.

I've been going to PrimeTime since 2015. When I went last month, and got my usual donair poutine order I was excited. When I took that first bite, something was off. I don't know what the new owners did to all of the food, whether they cheaped out somewhere else but the food was NOT how I remembered it. Everyone I know had been telling me it's not the same as it used to be and they're right. It got worse. It's disappointing and annoying. Hopefully the quality is back where it was before the new owners came in but I doubt it.

I think something is wrong with their skip the dishes pricing. It was $29 before taxes and delivery for an $11 poutine. Doesn’t make sense.
