We called ahead and put our order in so we wouldn't have to wait for a pick up order to be made. They did not start making the order until we arrived. So we waited. When we got home we found they got the order wrong. The restaurant is not very clean as well. Overall I can't say many good things about this place

Smallest wraps i have ever received from any primetime location by a large margin. Not worth the 15-20$ for a wrap the diameter of a paper towel roll. Would highly recommend not visiting this location and take your business anywhere else. Extremely dissapointed in this location.

Watched the cook grab raw beef and then proceed to touch all the produce and basically the entire kitchen to make a burger. No glove change or anything. Will not be coming back here again. People will get very sick with practices like that.

Really amazing staff. Had an issue with ordering on the app and it was smoothly resolved and I was given a replacement. 10/10 service as well, restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Long review: A massive shoutout goes to Prab and Jasvir of 17st primetime. I've tried a bunch of different locations - I used to frequent the Millwoods location because of Gurbhej and the passion he had in ensuring the quality of food was amazing - he's switched to a location too far from me unfortunately.
Prab and Jasvir always greet me with a smile, take their time in ensuring that the quality and passion in preparing my order is done to perfection. I used to avoid coming to this location, but I can say with confidence that if Prab and Jasvir are there, you can never go wrong. Keep up the great work. Other employees of primetime need to take notice.

I’ve given this Prime time location many chances and tonight I decided it would be the last time I ever order from this location. I ordered a smash burger on uber eats and I received a burger that was 85% burnt. I have never seen anything like this. The employees clearly don’t care about quality, how do you burn a burger and then continue to serve it? Zero stars. Will not return!
